Senior Management<br />
Cao Zhounan, aged 41, is the Executive General Manager of<br />
the Company. He is mainly in charge of the overall operation<br />
and management of the Group. He was graduated from<br />
Zhejiang University of Finance & Economics (<br />
) in 1991, majoring in financial accounting. He obtained a<br />
Master’s Degree from Université du Québec, Canada in <strong>2009</strong>,<br />
majoring in Business Administration. From 1991 to 1995,<br />
he held office in Zhejiang Provincial Finance Bureau. From<br />
1996 to 1998, he was the assistant to the county magistrate of<br />
Zhejiang Province Yunhe County People’s Government (<br />
). From 1998 to 2001, he was a deputy<br />
division chief () of the Zhejiang Provincial Finance<br />
Bureau. From 2001 to <strong>2009</strong>, he served as a vice general<br />
manager of the Zhejiang Provincial Railway Investment<br />
Group Co., Ltd. (). He joined the Company<br />
in February <strong>2009</strong> as the Executive General Manager of the<br />
Company.<br />
Ying Guoyong, aged 48, is an Executive General Manager<br />
of the Company. He is primarily responsible for the project<br />
management, supervision and strategy coordination of our<br />
10 projects in Hangzhou Binjiang district, Linan, Zhejiang<br />
Deqing, Cixi, Lishui, Taizhou, Henan Zhengzhou, Shandong<br />
Xintai, etc. He graduated from Hangzhou University with<br />
a bachelor’s degree in law in 1985. Between 1985 to 2001,<br />
he worked in various entities including Zhejiang Province<br />
CPC. School, CPC Youth of Zhejiang Province Committee<br />
and Zhejiang Youth Travel Service Co. Ltd.. He joined the<br />
Company in June 2001.<br />
Qian Xiaohua, aged 46, is an Executive General Manager<br />
of the Company. He is primarily responsible for the<br />
management of the Company’s commercial property<br />
development. He is also the general manager of Shanghai<br />
Jingyu Real Estate Co., Ltd.. He graduated from Beijing<br />
Institute of Aeronautics with a bachelor’s degree in solid<br />
mechanics in 1984 and from <strong>China</strong>-Europe International<br />
Business School with a master degree in business<br />
administration in 2002. From 1995 to 2005, he worked in<br />
Shanghai Midway Infrastructure (<strong>Holdings</strong>) <strong>Limited</strong> as a<br />
director and a chief executive officer. He joined the Company<br />
in February 2005.<br />
Yang Zuoyong, aged 47, is an Executive General Manager of<br />
the Company, and mainly responsible for the management<br />
of over 10 project’s development in Hangzhou, Wenzhou,<br />
Taizhou, Changxing and Zhuji. He is also the chairman<br />
and general manager of Wenzhou <strong>Greentown</strong> Real Estate<br />
Development Company <strong>Limited</strong>, Zhuji Yuedu Properties<br />
<strong>Limited</strong> and Hangzhou Jinma Real Estate Co., Ltd. He<br />
graduated from <strong>China</strong> Communist Party School with major<br />
in finance and management in 1999. Between 1984-2006,<br />
Mr Yang held senior management positions in various<br />
government departments of Hangzhou City Westlake District.<br />
He joined the Company in January 2007.<br />
Wang Hongbin, aged 41, is an Executive General Manager<br />
of the Company. He is primarily responsible for the<br />
development and administration of 6 project companies<br />
in Shanghai region and Dalian region. He graduated from<br />
Tongji University in 1989 with a major in civil engineering.<br />
Between 1989 and 1997, he was employed by Zhoushan<br />
Real Estate Corporation. He joined the Company in January<br />
1997 as the Deputy General Manager. Between 2002 and<br />
November 2004, he was employed as the senior officer of<br />
Shanghai Nando Land Development Co., Ltd. and Shanghai<br />
Depo Land Development Co., Ltd., respectively. He was the<br />
general manager of Shanghai <strong>Greentown</strong> Forest Golf Villa<br />
Development Co., Ltd since December 2004.<br />
Kuo Xiaoming, aged 38, is the Executive General Manager<br />
of the Company. He is primarily responsible for the<br />
development and administration of 7 projects in Hangzhou,<br />
Xiangshan and Hainan. Between 1996 and 1999, he was<br />
the project officer of the Company’s Hangzhou Jiuxi Rose<br />
Garden Project and the deputy manager of the engineering<br />
department. Between 1999 and 2007, he was the deputy<br />
manager of the engineering department, manager of the<br />
engineering department, assistant to general manager,<br />
deputy general manager and general manager of Hangzhou<br />
Taohuayuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Mr Kuo<br />
is experienced in construction operation. He joined the<br />
Company in August 1996.<br />
Han Bo, aged 36, is the Executive General Manager of the<br />
Company. He is primarily responsible for the Company’s<br />
construction system management and the development and<br />
administration of 6 projects in Hangzhou, Thousand-Island<br />
Lake and Wuzhou. He graduated from Zhejiang University<br />
with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 1996. From<br />
1996 to 1998, he worked in Zhejiang Urban Construction<br />
Management <strong>Limited</strong>. Mr Han joined the Company in<br />
November 1998 as the construction manager of Hangzhou<br />
Sweet Osmanthus Town Project and the construction director<br />
of Purple Osmanthus Garden Project. From 2001 to 2006, he<br />
was the deputy manager, manager, assistant general manager<br />
and deputy general manager of the engineering department<br />
of Hangzhou <strong>Greentown</strong> Real Estate Development Co.,<br />
Ltd. (Chunjiang Huayue Project). He has been the general<br />
manager of Zhejiang Jiahe Industrial Co., Ltd. (Lijiang<br />
Apartment) since May 2006.<br />
Lam Jim, aged 39, is the Chief Financial Officer, Company<br />
Secretary and qualified accountant of the Company. Prior to<br />
joining the Company in October 2008, Mr Lam worked in a<br />
major international investment bank and has more than 10<br />
years of experience in the field of auditing and investment<br />
banking. Mr Lam holds a bachelor’s degree in business<br />
administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong<br />
and a master’s degree in accounting and finance from the<br />
London School of Economics and Political Science and is<br />
a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public<br />
Accountants.<br />
