<strong>M26</strong>3-1 Zachariah H. <strong>Yoder</strong> born 25 July 1862 at Board Tree, Marshall County,<br />
WV. Known within the family as "Pastor Zachariah". Zachariah was a school teacher at<br />
age 16; veteran, Spanish American War; and a minister of the Gospel in the Church of<br />
God. He studied for the ministry at Findlay College and pastored Church of God<br />
congregations in Pennsylvania from 1912 to 1916, in Longley, Seneca/Wood County,<br />
Ohio from 1916 to 1918, and at Rising Sun from 1920 to 1937. Residence: Board Tree,<br />
Marshall County, West Virginia, 1862-1883; Longley, Wood/Seneca County, Ohio<br />
1883-1895; Union Township, Mercer County, Ohio, 1900; Venice, Washington County,<br />
Pennsylvania 1912-1916; Longley, Wood/Seneca County, Ohio 1916-1918; Rising Sun,<br />
Wood/Sandusky County, Ohio 1920-1937. m. 26 April 1884 in Wetzel County, West<br />
Virginia to Rhoda Leoline Fisher (born 29 July 1866, at Smithville, Ritchie County, WV,<br />
d/o Samuel Fisher and his wife Rhoda Nuss -- died 27 April 1932, aged 76 years, at<br />
Rising Sun, Wood/Sandusky County, Ohio). Zachariah died 18 October 1937, aged 75<br />
years, at Rising Sun; both interred at Church of God Trinity Cemetery, Rising Sun.<br />
