Attention: - B. Tech 2 nd Year (IV Sem.) students.
Sub: - Dates of registration, commencement of classes and fee payment schedule for the next academic
session 2013-14 (B. Tech V Sem.)
The students of B. Tech 2 nd Year (IV Sem.) are informed that their registration and commencement
of classes for the next session 2013-2014 will start as under:-
(e) Registration Schedule:- 29/07/2013 to 31/07/2013
Registration beyond 21 days from the date of commencement of the session is not permissible under
university rules.
(f) Date of commencement of classes: 01/08/2013
(g) Payment Schedule:-

College fee- Rs. 55,000/-
University Development fee- Rs. 500/-

University exam fee- Rs. 1700/-
(The student has the option to deposit
the college fee in two instalments)
Hostel fee- Rs.53000/-
Depending upon place of Within 15 days from the start of the

The students who deposit fee after 09/08/2013 will be charged a fine of Rs. 1000/-
The names of the students who fail to deposit the fee by 17/08/2013 will be struck off the rolls of the
institution and a readmission fee of Rs. 2000/- will be payable after that date.
* Transport charges will be for complete one semester irrespective of actual use of transport facility.
(h) Mode of Payment :-
Fees / dues can be paid in cash or through Bank Draft in the State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur,
Neemrana / Karur Vysya Bank, Prashant Vihar, Delhi against authorized slips available from the accounts
office of the college or Society office at St. Margaret Sr. Sec. School, Prashant Vihar, Delhi between 8:30 AM
to 1:30 PM on week days (Monday to Friday) and from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Saturdays (1 st & 3 rd ).
Payment through cheques will not be accepted.
For tuition fee and other college dues the Bank Draft should be prepared in favour of -
St. Margaret Engineering College payable at Neemrana / Delhi
For hostel fee and other hostel dues the Bank Draft should be prepared in favour of-
St. Margaret Education Society payable at Neemrana / Delhi.
