J and G Lau Family Meat Processing Center after
long time National Meat Association Executive
Director Emeritus, Rosemary Mucklow.
For over four decades, Rosemary has served as
an excellent example of professionalism to
students, having modeled the highest level of
integrity and industry advocacy. On the occasion
of her retirement, we invite you to join us in
honoring Rosemary through a gift towards the
construction of the new Meat Processing Center
at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. All donors
contributing gifts of $5,000 or greater will be
recognized by name on the Donor Wall of Fame
to be prominently displayed at the
