Reporting: A person who believes that he or she has been subjected to sex discrimination or<br />

sexual harassment should report the incident to any <strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong>ficial, administrator or supervisor.<br />

The Office <strong>of</strong> Human Resource Services investigates all complaints. Incidents should be reported<br />

as soon as possible after the time <strong>of</strong> their occurrence.<br />

Any student who needs help in resolving a sexual harassment problem or filing a complaint is<br />

encouraged to seek assistance from the Vice Provost, 392-6004.<br />

Inquiries and requests for assistance may also be directed to faculty members, department chairs,<br />

assistant or associate deans, deans or directors, the Dean <strong>of</strong> <strong>Student</strong>s Office (392-1261), the<br />

<strong>University</strong> Ombuds in the Office <strong>of</strong> Academic Affairs (392-1308), and <strong>Graduate</strong> Assistants United<br />

(392-0274). Confidential counseling services are available at the <strong>University</strong> Counseling and<br />
