LIFE Fitness Fights Fatigue Group Exercise Class Exercise programs help patients with cancer meet the goal of maintaining cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and level of functioning, which produces the following benefits: decreased nausea and fatigue and improved physical endurance and quality of life.
