If I have forgotten my password, how do I get a new one?<br />

Select the jobs board and proceed to the Job <strong>Application</strong>s page. Then:<br />

• Select the ‘Login’ link.<br />

• Select the ‘Forgotten your password’ link.<br />

• Enter your email address and select the ‘Get password’ option.<br />

• The system will automatically generate a temporary password which will be sent to your email<br />

address.<br />

• Log in using your email address and temporary password.<br />

• You will be prompted to change your temporary password. Enter a password that is at least eight<br />

characters long and contains one numeric character.<br />

I attempted to register my email address and have received a message stating that the email address<br />

Email addresses can only be registered once. Your email address is your username for the jobs site so it is<br />

important to note that it cannot be shared with anyone else. You will receive this message if your email<br />

account has already been used to register to TA’s jobs board. You will need to use another email account<br />

in order to register and apply for positions.<br />

Yes. Applicants are required to submit a resume or a document outlining their work experience history as<br />
