Foreman (CCTV)<br />

May manage and ensure the timely maintenance of department fleet of vehicles and heavy equipment.<br />

Receives, reviews, prepares and/or submits various records and reports including vehicle maintenance<br />

reports, work orders, equipment maintenance reports, monthly condition assessment reports, fuel<br />

consumption reports, and gain sharing report.<br />

Interviews and participates in hiring new employees, coordinates payroll and performs other administrative<br />

tasks.<br />

Performs vehicle and equipment maintenance.<br />

Additional Job Functions:<br />

Performs any additional duties as required, or through necessity of the situation.<br />

Minimum Education and Training<br />

Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent supplemented by at least five years of experience in<br />

maintenance and repairs of collection system infrastructure, a valid Class B commercial driver’s license with<br />

airbrake and tanker endorsements issued by the State of Florida, at least a Class B Wastewater Collection<br />

certification issued by FWPCOA.<br />

Preferred Education and Training:<br />

Three to five years of experience in cleaning and CCTV of gravity sewer infrastructure with at least one year<br />

in a supervisory role. Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting various CCTV equipment. Current<br />

PACP certification issued by NASSCO or the ability to obtain within six months. Class A Wastewater<br />

Collection certification issued by FWPCOA.<br />

Physical Requirements:<br />

Minimum Qualifications and Standards Required<br />

Must be physically able to operate a vehicle, construction equipment, various tools and a variety of office<br />

equipment including a computer, and telephone. Tasks involve the regular and, at times, sustained<br />

performance of moderately physically demanding work, typically involving some combination of climbing<br />

and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling, and which involves the lifting, carrying,<br />

pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of moderately heavy weight (75-100 pounds).<br />

Requires the ability to compare and/or judge the readily observable, functional, structural or<br />

compositional characteristics (whether similar to or divergent from obvious standards) of data, people or<br />

things.<br />
