The gardens between the Shine Dome and Ian Potter House have been planted with a variety <strong>of</strong> hardy native<br />
plants and installed with a drip watering system as the best option for water efficient irrigation.<br />
Part <strong>of</strong> the first floor <strong>of</strong> Ian Potter House is now used by the <strong>Academy</strong> secretariat as the number <strong>of</strong> staff<br />
continues to increase.<br />

Energy efficient lighting options are being considered<br />
Lighting within the Ian Wark theatre is being investigated by a specialist lighting engineering firm to see what<br />
can be done to retr<strong>of</strong>it the theatre with modern versions <strong>of</strong> the existing fittings and to make the lighting more<br />
energy efficient.<br />
