TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“Bonus $20 Gift Voucher and Go Ready to Go Fitness program” PROMOTION
HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible to receive a $20 Centro The Glen Gift Voucher and Go Ready to Go
fitness program (‘Free Gift’), individuals must Spend $120 or more at any participating
Centro The Glen specialty store on any single day, from 22 October 2009 until stocks of
the Centro The Glen Gift Vouchers and fitness programs.
Excluded Receipts
Receipts from the following retailers will not be accepted as an eligible retail
purchases:
– Major retailers including David Jones, Target, Coles and Woolworths;
– Bill payments including Mobile Phone re-charge cards
– Centro The Glen gift voucher purchases
– Lay by payments - except where a lay by is finalised during the Promotion Period;
– ATM receipts;
– Lottery ticket receipts.
Claiming your Free Gift
– Individuals must present their eligible retail purchase receipt(s) totalling at least
$120 for purchases made on the same day to the Information Desk.
– $120 spend can be across multiple purchases. However, purchases may only be
from on one (1) day, commencing 22 October 2009. Purchase receipts can only be used
once.
– Offer is available until stocks of the Free Gift last. There are 1,000 Free Gifts available.
– Each individual may only receive one Free Gift per day.
– Registration to the Centro The Glen database is mandatory to be eligible to receive the
Free Gift. Ask at the Information Desk for details on terms of use and the Privacy Policy.
Name and email address will be required for registration.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to claim and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. This promotion is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their
immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are
ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and
claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to
disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these
Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the
Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of
those rights.
4. Incomplete or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. If any receipt/s used in
connection with this promotion, are determined by the Promoter to have been
obtained fraudulently or are a reprint of the original receipt/s, the Promoter has the
right to cancel the Free Gift issued at any time.
5. Multiple claims are permitted, however: (a) only one (1) claim permitted per
qualifying spend; and (b) only one (1) claim is permitted per claimant for each day of the
Promotion Period.
6. Promotion commences on 22/10/09 until stocks last.
7. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Free Gift are not
included. Any unused balance of the Centro The Glen gift voucher will not be awarded
as cash. Redemption of the Centro The Glen Gift Voucher is subject to any terms and
conditions of the issuer including those specified with the Centro The Glen gift voucher.
Redemption of the Go Ready to Go fitness program is subject to any terms and
conditions of the issuer, Glow Women’s Fitness including those specified on the
voucher.
8. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted
as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent
permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or
cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
9. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its
officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any
personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct,
indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including,
but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or
equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft,
unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered,
damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to
any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in offer
value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a
claimant; or (f) use of the offer.
10. The Promoter will use the personal information provided in accordance with their
Privacy Policy which can be found at the Information Desk. Claimants should direct any
request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the
property of the Promoter.
