The Kitchen <strong>and</strong> Bath Industry Show is just around the corner <strong>and</strong> Wind Crest by <strong>CNP</strong><br />
<strong>Industries</strong> will be exhibiting several new products in a new location on the exhibit floor. This<br />
bulletin outlines key dates <strong>and</strong> logistics to make you show coordination easier. You may want to<br />
retain this bulletin for future reference, or Distributors <strong>and</strong> Dealers can access this information<br />
online at the new Wind Crest website, under the Distributor Only or Dealer Only sections.<br />
Passwords to access these areas will be issued under a separate bulletin.<br />

Wind Crest Pre-Show Walk-thru: Friday, April 21, 2006 @ 9:00 AM in the Booth<br />
All customers who will be present for the show should attend this meeting to review new<br />
products, show events <strong>and</strong> booth work schedule.<br />
Show Badges: Attached in this mailer is last year’s badge list. Please review this list <strong>and</strong> confirm<br />
that we have all attendees from your organization reflected. We will make every effort to<br />
accommodate your requests, but please try to limit your requests to key individuals in your<br />

organization only. Badge requests will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Email any<br />
changes (adds or deletes) to Rose Dickson @ rose@windcrestcnp.com on or before March 15,<br />
2006. Badges will be held at the Exhibitor Check-in desk, under Wind Crest by <strong>CNP</strong> <strong>Industries</strong>.<br />
Pre-Printed Expo Passes: Enclosed you will find Expo passes for you to distribute to your key<br />
customers inviting them to visit the exhibit hall at no cost. A sample letter is enclosed for you to<br />
send with these passes to your customers <strong>and</strong> how they need to register once at the show. Please<br />
note: Your customers still need to register once at the show. This pass waives the cost of registration, but<br />
does not pre-register them automatically. If you find that you need additional passes, please contact<br />
Rose Dickson at Wind Crest. We have been provided with a set number of passes based on our<br />
space contract. Additional requests will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-serve basis.<br />
Hotel Reservations: You will be responsible for coordination <strong>and</strong> scheduling hotel reservations<br />
for your group. Enclosed you will find a list of hotels in the area <strong>and</strong> a map indicating where they<br />
are located in relation to McCormick Place. As a point of reference, McCormick’s Place is near #7<br />
on the map. NOTE: The approximate rates stated are for a limited number of spaces <strong>and</strong> may no<br />
longer be available, if you have not already booked your room.<br />
KBIS Shuttle Service Schedule: Complimentary shuttle service is available between<br />
McCormick Place <strong>and</strong> the hotels listed in this flyer. Shuttles run on 20-minute intervals during<br />
peak hours (7 AM to 11 AM <strong>and</strong> 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM) <strong>and</strong> 30 minutes during limited hours (i.e.<br />
typically 11 AM – 3:30 PM). Shuttle service routes are included in this package for your<br />
convenience.<br />
General Convention Information:<br />
1. No one under 16 Years of Age is permitted.<br />
2. Business Center on the facility – located on Level 2.5 of the Gr<strong>and</strong> Concourse. Phone:<br />
312-791-6480 Fax: 312-791-6501. The business center offers exhibitors a place to copy, fax,<br />
scan <strong>and</strong> print.<br />
3. Coat & Baggage Check Service – Is provided for all exhibitors <strong>and</strong> attendees at McCormick<br />
Place South in Room S101, Level 1 as well as a remote location at the entrance to the Hyatt-<br />
McCormick Hotel. A $2.00 fee per item will be charged. Unfortunately, there is limited<br />
space in the booth for personal items, so please plan to check larger items or carry them<br />
with you.<br />
4. Parking – If you plan to rent a car, McCormick Place offers 2 enclosed garages for<br />
exhibitors <strong>and</strong> attendees to use during the event. Current rates are $18 per day.<br />
5. None Smoking Facility – McCormick Place is a smoke-free facility.<br />
Wind Crest Booth Schedule: The KBIS Show is a very important industry show <strong>and</strong><br />
showcases several new products being launched to the market. It is important that we all take the<br />
time to walk the show <strong>and</strong> observe what new <strong>and</strong> exciting things are being introduced, as well as<br />
to meet with key vendors for prospective projects. In order for Wind Crest personnel to take full<br />
advantage of the show, we will need our key trade partners to assist in manning the booth on the<br />
busiest days of the show (i.e. Friday <strong>and</strong> Saturday). Please review the attached booth staffing<br />
schedule <strong>and</strong> confirm that the individual listed from your organization can work in the booth for<br />
the two hour shift stated. If you can cover other days/times that would be greatly appreciated.<br />

presently scheduled for Friday, April 21 @ 9:00 AM.<br />
