Themed <strong>Christmas</strong> party that will suprise and<br />

delight guests providing a fun and interactive<br />

experience never seen before.<br />

• A unique and accessible venue in the<br />

preferred catchment area with<br />

availability on the most popular Friday<br />

of December.<br />

• A theme that will intrigue and keep<br />

guests guessing.<br />

Following your brief <strong>Millennia</strong> <strong>Event</strong>s has<br />

facilitated the design of a ‘Chocolate Factory’<br />

themed <strong>Christmas</strong> party perfectly suited to<br />

your brief.<br />

Combining fun interactive entertainment, a<br />

superbly themed venue space and delicious<br />

catering your event is sure to please your<br />

guests and build great memories for years to<br />

come.<br />

Your event will include:<br />

• Hire of Cheltenham Town Hall<br />

• Chocolate Factory theming<br />

• Willy Wonka and Oompa Loompa meet<br />

and greet<br />

• Themed cocktail on arrival<br />

• Three course meal<br />

Venue - Cheltenham Town Hall<br />

Cheltenham Town Hall is a magnificent<br />

Grade II listed building in the heart of<br />

Cheltenham.<br />

Dating from the turn of the twentieth century<br />

the building is packed with original features<br />

and steeped in entertainment history as many<br />

famous names have performed here.<br />

As you make your way through the impressive<br />

entrance past the ornate octagonal spa where<br />

waters were once dispensed, you will enter the<br />

grand Main Hall, distinguished by its Corinthian<br />

style columns and beautifully decorated coved<br />

ceiling.


The Chocolate Factory Theming and Decor<br />

Through the use of dramatic lighting and<br />

draping, mesmorising props and edible<br />

table centres <strong>Millennia</strong> <strong>Event</strong>s will bring<br />

the Chocolate Factory theme to life.<br />

Themeing will include:<br />

• Purple Wonka gates on arrival<br />

• Purple and orange ceiling draping<br />

• Giant swirl backdrop<br />

• Wonka machine<br />

• Giant luminescent mushrooms, lollipops<br />

and candy canes<br />

• Box hedging seating area<br />

• Dramatic lighting effects<br />

• Edible table centers<br />

• Chair covers with purple and orange<br />

sashes<br />

• Scratch and sniff wallpaper<br />

• LED dance floor<br />

Garden Scene<br />

Re-live the excitement of the film as the<br />

children first enter the Chocolate Factory.<br />

Enter through the giant Wonka Gates and into<br />

the garden scene where luminescent<br />

mushrooms lollipops and candy canes grow<br />

amongst box hedging.<br />

Wonka Machine<br />

Across the room the Wonka machine stands<br />

tall alongside magical scratch and sniff<br />

wallpaper calling out for guests to interact and<br />

play.


Catering - Edible Extras<br />

To reflect this fun and fantastical theme<br />

delicious edible extras will tantalise<br />

guests throughout the night.<br />

Edible extras will include:<br />

• Chocolate Martini on arrival<br />

• Chocolate fountain<br />

• Candyfloss and popcorn stall<br />

Chocolate Martini drinks reception<br />

As guests arrive they will be greeted by a<br />

delicious chocolate drink which seems as if it<br />

had just been scooped from Wonka’s<br />

infamous chocolate river, a great talking point<br />

to break the ice.<br />

Chocolate Fountain<br />

A mouth-watering sight, chocolate fountains<br />

are great fun and provide a point of interest<br />

where guests can mingle. Create your own<br />

skewer of your favourite fresh fruits and<br />

marshmallows and have a go at dunking it<br />

yourself!

In keeping with the formal style of your<br />

<strong>Christmas</strong> party a sumptuous festive<br />

three course menu will be served.<br />

Smoked salmon and crayfish tail salad with a creamed horseradish dressing<br />

or<br />

Warmed, stilton, walnut and broccoli tartlet with rocket salad (v)<br />

Main Course<br />

Organic free range Sussex turkey breast served with cranberry sauce and all the trimmings<br />

or<br />

Mushroom wellington, field mushrooms and cashew nuts in a light puff pastry (v)<br />

All main courses are served with seasonal segetables and duck fat roasted potatoes<br />

Desserts<br />

Classic fruity and nutty <strong>Christmas</strong> pudding with brandy sauce (v)<br />

Entertainment<br />

Willy Wonka and Oompa Loompas<br />

Invite Willy Wonka himself along with his<br />

friendly Oompa Loompas to meet and greet<br />

your guests on arrival. Staying in character<br />

throughout the night these fun performers<br />

will entertain guests with comedy sketches<br />

and choreographed routines.<br />

Giant Interactive Piano<br />

A great addition to any event a giant<br />

interactive piano will create a focal point at<br />

your <strong>Christmas</strong> party and leave guests begging<br />

to take their turn.<br />

Live <strong>Party</strong> Band<br />

A live band has always been one of the<br />

simplest and best-loved forms of<br />

entertainment at a party. Playing party covers<br />

from across the decades the band will step<br />

the party up a gear following a formal dinner<br />

and really bring the party to life.
