Following your brief <strong>Millennia</strong> <strong>Event</strong>s has<br />
facilitated the design of a ‘Beyond<br />
Wonderland’ themed summer party perfectly<br />
suited to your individual requirements.<br />
Taking inspiration from the trend for vintage<br />
style and the Alice in Wonderland 3D film, our<br />
theme designers will recreate iconic scenes<br />
from the book and film at your event.<br />

Venue - The Pavilion at Ascot Racecourse<br />
Without a doubt Ascot Racecourse is one<br />
of the most prestigious venues in the UK,<br />
its glorious views and royal heritage<br />
means it is the ideal space for hosting a<br />
grand summer banquet.<br />
Located in a historic building with views over<br />
the Plaza Lawns towards the Parade Ring &<br />
south side of the Grandstand, The Ascot<br />
Pavilion makes a grand & atmospheric setting<br />
for your summer event.<br />
The Pavilion boasts its own entrance on the<br />
high street, ample parking facilities and offers<br />
one-of-a-kind flexibilty and capacity for events<br />
in the region.
‘Beyond Wonderland’ Theming and Decor<br />
Through the use of large props and pretty<br />
draping <strong>Millennia</strong> <strong>Event</strong>s will create a<br />
vintage tea party feel to your event and<br />
bring the ‘Wonderland’ theme to life.<br />
Theming will include:<br />
• Palace gardens entrance with columns,<br />
picket fencing and giant flora and fauna<br />
• Tea party draping<br />
• Light-up cherry trees<br />
• Giant luminescent mushrooms<br />
• Giant tea cup and ‘Drink Me’ bottle<br />
• Box hedging seating areas<br />
• Dramatic lighting effects<br />
• Topiary table centers<br />
• Red covers with white sashes<br />
• Queen of Hearts palace<br />
• Black and white dance floor<br />
• Inflatable flamingos<br />
Queen of Hearts Palace<br />
In the dining and dance floor area <strong>Millennia</strong><br />
<strong>Event</strong>s will recreate the stunning Queen of<br />
Hearts palace with a luxurious black and white<br />
dance floor, giant hanging red roses, inflatable<br />
flamingos and a giant palace prop to surround<br />
the DJ booth.<br />
Garden Scene<br />
Two garden scenes on each side of the room<br />
will provide the perfect breakout area for<br />
guests to enjoy a game or two of Jenga, have<br />
your picture taken with the Mad Hatter and<br />
relax amongst stunning topiary trees in the<br />
box hedging and toadstool seating areas.
Menu<br />
In keeping with the formal style of your<br />
summer party a sumptuous three course<br />
menu will be served.<br />

Poached salmon mixed with crème fraiche & dill<br />
finished with tiger tail prawn with caper & olive tapenade<br />
or<br />
Tomato & roasted red pepper soup with basil croutons (v)<br />
Main Course<br />
Chicken breast in a shallot, garlic and white wine sauce<br />
served with traditional herb roasted potatoes and vegetables<br />
or<br />
Mushroom & squash wellington with spinach, pine nuts, onion & garlic<br />
wrapped in a puff pastry with a roasted red pepper & tomato sauce (v)<br />
Desserts<br />
<strong>Summer</strong> berry pavlova served with rich clotted cream<br />

Indulgent hot chocolate fudge cake with vanilla ice cream<br />

Entertainment<br />
Character Meet and Greet<br />
Staying in character throughout the night<br />
these fun performers will entertain guests<br />
with comedy sketches and choreographed<br />
routines. Characters include: Queen of Hearts,<br />
White Rabbit, Mad Hatter, Hookah-Smoking<br />
Caterpillar and acrobatic playing cards.<br />
Garden Games<br />
To bring the fun summery tea party<br />
atmosphere to life, giant garden games are a<br />
superb addition to your event and will leave<br />
guests eager to take their turn. Giant garden<br />
games include: Jenga, Connect Four, Chess<br />
and Limbo.<br />
DJ and Disco<br />
<strong>Millennia</strong> <strong>Event</strong>s has superb connections with<br />
some of the best DJs working across the UK.<br />
Our standards are extremely high and you can<br />
expect your DJ to play chart topping<br />
contemporary music as well as party classics.<br />
We are more than happy to take requests and<br />
will fit the music to your exact requirements.

Delicious mini cupcakes served during the<br />
disco will be a welcome refreshment for<br />
guests as they party the night away. With tiny<br />
‘Eat Me’ signs these cupcakes will continue to<br />
reverberate the theme of the evening as the<br />
party is in full swing!<br />
<strong>Party</strong> Bags<br />
<strong>Millennia</strong> <strong>Event</strong>s’ unique party bags are a<br />
superb ice breaker and will set the tone for<br />
the evening. <strong>Party</strong> hats, wigs and comedy<br />
glasses will have even the most reserved of<br />
guests striking a pose for the camera.
