Taught at a much slower pace <strong>and</strong><br />

designed specifically for those who have<br />

recently completed physical therapy or<br />

have neck, back, knee <strong>and</strong> or ankle issues.<br />

Indoor Cycling<br />

An exhilarating workout on a stationary<br />

bike that benefits all abilities. Beginners,<br />

please arrive 10 minutes early to allow<br />

adequate time for individual bike set up.<br />

Cycling participants must check in at front<br />

desk. Reservations are available one day in<br />

Intense Cardio Interval<br />

Utilizes challenging segments of cardiovascular<br />

cyclist. Instructors take you through<br />

varied terrain in a stimulating session. We<br />

the total body. By integrating exercises for<br />
