very popular among families traveling 

through Sedona looking for something 

fun and educational to do for the day. 

This full day tour gives you the 

opportunity to see and experience 

virtually all the Verde Valley has to 

offer in one action packed day. 

From the majestic red rock canyons 

and mesa’s of Sedona to historic 

Jerome, we share it all with you on 

this fun journey great for the family, 

especially those traveling with children. For there are many fascinating points of interest 

and historical stops that are sure to keep your entire 

family interested. 

Your adventure starts with a morning pickup at wherever 

you are staying in Sedona. From there we shall embark 

on a journey that will allow you to experience the four 

main areas of Sedona: Uptown, Oak Creek Canyon, the 

Village of Oak Creek, and West Sedona. Within each area 

there are many incredible rock formations to behold, 

historical landmarks, and unique vistas to be discovered. 

While out on your tour, you will have 

opportunities to stop and photograph many of 

Sedona’s famous red rock formations. This 

includes: Airport Mesa, Bell Rock, Boynton 

Canyon, Camel’s Head, Cathedral Rock, 

Chimney Rock, Cockscomb, Coffee Pot Rock, 

Doe Mesa, Lee Mountain, Lizard Head, Long 

Canyon, Mescal Mountain, Mingus Mountain, 

Munds Mountain, Pyramid Rock, Rachael’s 

Knoll, Red Rocks, Secret Mountain, Snoopy 


Rock, Sphinx Rock, Steamboat Rock, Twin 

Butts, and Wilson Mountain. 

After absorbing all that Sedona has to offer, we 

then head to the ancient Indian ruin sites. There 

are literally hundreds of ruins scattered all 

around Sedona, many miles deep into the areas 

hidden canyons. Depending on the flow of your 

day, you have the ability to visit three unique 

ruins sites just outside of Sedona. Our personal favorite is Montezuma Well, though we 

may also visit Montezuma Castle and Tuzigoot National Monument on this tour. 

Allow your family to revel as you see what it 

was like for early inhabitants to the area we 

now know as the Verde Valley make this area 

home. You will get to see four unique types of 

Indian architecture or building styles, each 

one unique in it’s own right. See or even walk 

through an ancient irrigation canal build by 

hand as a means to provide flood irrigation to 

their crops. Learn the importance of water to 

these early civilizations. While at one of the 

ruin sites, enjoy a picnic with your family at 

the very site where they used to grow their 

crops. 

Next we head to Jerome, a historic copper mining town just West of Sedona. During its 

hay day, Jerome was one of the largest copper mining towns in the state employing 

over 15,000 people. In fact prior to Arizona becoming a state on February 14, 1912, 

Jerome was one of the wildest town in 

the west. While there, take a stroll down 

the historical past of our state as see 

you historical building, the “sliding” jail, 

and the Gold King Mine Museum. 

The Gold King Mine Museum is a 

whacky take on museums. For located 

within it’s premises are hundreds of 

historic vehicles, an old sawmill, places 

to pan for gold, feed the farm animals, 

crack open your own geodes, and even 


see old mine shafts going into Cleopatra Hill. Rest assured, the mine shafts are all 

properly secured for the safety of visitors. The Gold King Mine is popular among 

families traveling with young children. 

By now, we imagine you have worked up an appetite. So our next stop is dinner at The 

Haunted Hamburger. For those of you that love a good burger, they make the best 

burger in the state. While enjoying your meal, look east towards Sedona and see a 200 

degree view of Sedona’s red rocks from the higher elevation vantage point of Jerome. 

Try their “Haunted Burger” and twice baked potato – so good! 

After dinner, we meander back to Sedona and to your hotel. This is an on road vehicle 

based tour and typically lasts 10 – 12 hours. Your lunch, dinner, water, and any 

admission fees are all included in this tour. The costs is $495 per adult. Children 15 and 

under are free.

Sedona Scenic Adventure Tour 

Enjoy this overview of Sedona in a fully enclosed climate 

controlled vehicle. Highlights include Chapel of the Holy 

Cross, Oak Creek Canyon, Seven Canyons, Snoopy Rock, 

and Cathedral Rock, plus so 

much more. Learn about 

natural history, geology and 

flora and fauna from Jim. This 

adventure is mostly on paved 

roads and is a favorite for 

those who don’t desire the roughness with off road 

adventures. This is an on road tour, which takes 2 1/2 –3 

hours. The cost is $105 per adult. 

Sedona Scenic Adventure Tour with Gourmet Picnic 

This is the same tour as above but adds a delightful gourmet picnic for you to enjoy 

while out on the rocks. Your guide will find a private and secluded spot for you to enjoy 

the glow of the red rocks as you nibble on cheese, crackers, and fresh fruit. If you wish 

to have a bottle of champagne or wine with your picnic, simply let us know and we will 

bring it along. This is an on road tour and takes 4-5 

hours. The cost of this tour is $210 per adult 

including gourmet picnic. 


Scenic Sedona Sunset Adventure 

Seeing a sunset firsthand in Sedona is truly something special. Enjoy 

the beauty of the red rocks as the sun sets and revel in the changing 

colors of the sky and the red rocks as the day drifts into night. This is 

one of our most popular tours for those interested in photography. 

Tour will typically leave 2½ hours before sunset. This is a road tour 

and takes 3 hours. The cost of this tour is $105 per adult. 

Add a Gourmet Picnic to your tour to enjoy 

while watching the sunset. Picnics include a fruit 

and cheese plate, antipasto, salad, and desert. 

This adds one hour to your tour and costs $165 

per adult. 

Add Dinner in Jerome for a truly enjoyable and 

diverse experience. Enjoy the beauty of this 

historic copper mining town as you watch the red 

rocks glow while the sun sets over Mingus 

Mountain. Typically we take advantage of the decks at The Haunted Hamburger while 

we watch the sunset. And if you like burgers, The Haunted Hamburger makes the best 

burgers around. This add four hours to your tour and costs $295 per adult. 

Sunset Into The Night 

This is an expanded version of our Sedona Scenic Adventure that allows you not only to 

see the red rocks, but also our favorite time of day the sun setting against the majestic 

beauty of Sedona's red rocks. Seeing a sunset firsthand in Sedona is truly something 

special. Enjoy the beauty of the red rocks as the sun sets and revel in the changing 

colors of the sky and the red rocks as the day drifts into night. This is

Sedona Magical Vortex Tour 

Enjoy the beauty of Sedona’s red rocks on this one of a kind tour. Experience Sedona

Northern Arizona Scenic Adventure includes Sedona & Flagstaff 

This full day tour includes enjoying many of the beautiful sights Sedona has to offer, 

highlighting Sedona’s famous rock formations. Your guides will allow you to experience 

the area as seen through the eyes of an hourglass, peering back in history and time. 

Examine Native American civilizations, early homesteading, Scenic Sedona, the 

Colorado Plateau. Once in Flagstaff, you will get a scenic tour of this beautiful college 

town, home to Northern Arizona University. Depending on your personal interests, 

consider a visit to the Museum of Northern Arizona, which has many fascinating exhibits 

about the southwest; a tour of Lowell Observatory, where Pluto was discovered; a walk 

around historic Downtown Flagstaff; or we may take a scenic tour around the San 

Francisco Peaks (including Arizona’s highest point, Mt. Humphries) to enjoy spectacular 

views among the Ponderosas and Aspens. This is a full day tour includes many different 

options based on your own personal interests with several choices of educational stops. 

This is an all-inclusive tour, which includes lunch, dinner, and admission to the Museum 

of Northern Arizona, admission to Lowell Observatory, Arizona Snow bowl’s “Scenic 

Skyride” (summer, weather permitting) and delicious beverages/snacks throughout the

Sinagua Indian Ruins of the Verde 

Valley 

There are lots of things to see in 

Sedona…majestic red rock canyons, the 

tranquil waters of local waterways and 

Indians ruins from ancient cultures that 

inhabited this area over a millennium ago. 

On this adventure you will see not only the beautiful rocks that surround 

Sedona but also where early civilizations chose to make their homes. 

There are three main types of ruins that were 

built here in the Verde Valley and on this 

archeological adventure you will see them all. 

We will visit three very unique and different 

Indian ruin sites. Your adventure begins with a visit to 

Montezuma Castle where you will see the twenty rooms that 

make up the magnificent cliff dwelling along the banks of 

Beaver Creek. Our next stop is a visit to the nearby Montezuma Well where you will see 

the cool rooms that were known as cave dwellings. On our final stop we take you to 

Tuzigoot National Monument that at one time encompassed over 110 rooms in a pueblo 

or pit house style of Indian architecture. This is a very informative adventure for those 

really interested in early civilizations of the area. The duration of this tour is 4 - 5 hours. 

The cost of this tour is $175 per adult. 

Sinagua Indian Ruins of the Verde Valley with Lunch in Jerome 

Enjoy the same adventure as above, but get a fantastic extension on your tour. After 

seeing the magnificent ruins at Tuzigoot National Monument, travel up the switchbacks 

of scenic 89A heading up Mingus Mountain towards the town of Jerome. Once in 

Jerome you will have an opportunity to walk around this once thriving copper mining 

town. If you wish, you may even visit one of the local museums in town. Then we are off 

to The Haunted Hamburger, arguably Jerome’s best lunchtime restaurant and definitely 

serving the best burger in Arizona. This tour typically lasts about 7 hours. The cost of 

this tour is $275 per adult including lunch.

Highlights of the Colorado Plateau 

The Colorado Plateau is located just to the north of 

Sedona and is the second largest plateau of its kind in the 

world. Within its confines are an array of diverse 

geological wonders. This tour is a highlight of these 

amazing places. We will allow you to see as much as 

possible within the daylight hours for the duration of your 

tour. 

Your tour begins going up scenic Oak Creek Canyon. 

Along the way is also a great opportunity to but Indian jewelry and crafts directly from 

the Indians who sell them roadside. Once we reach the top of the switchbacks, enjoy 

the staggering views below as you peer deep into 

the bowls of Oak Creek Canyon showing you the 

road we came up and the intense basalt cliffs 

below. 

After heading through Flagstaff, there are several 

options you have. We may head to the Museum 

of Northern Arizona, which offers incredible 

exhibits about all aspects of Arizona natural, 

geological, and anthropological history. 

From there we head east of Flagstaff to Sunset 

Crater Volcano National Monument. Sunset Crater Volcano was born in a series of 

eruptions sometime between 1040 and 1100. Powerful explosions profoundly affected 

the lives of local people and forever changed the landscape and ecology of the area. 

Lava flows and cinders still look as fresh and 

rugged as the day they formed. But among 

dramatic geologic features, you'll find trees, 

wildflowers, and signs of wildlife – life returns 

As we continue, there is also Wupatki National 

Monument, which is so worth stopping at for it is 

ruins on a grand scale. Less than 800 years ago, 

Wupatki Pueblo was the largest pueblo around. It 

flourished for a time as a meeting place of different 

cultures. Yet this was one of the warmest and 

driest places on the Colorado Plateau, offering little 


obvious food, water, or comfort. How and why did people live here? The builders of 

Wupatki and nearby pueblos have moved on, but their legacy remains. 

After visiting Sunset Crater & Wupatki, we will head further east to the magnificence of the of the 

Petrified Forest & Painted Desert, which are simply amazing. There you will see chunks of 

petrified wood the size of a school bus. The multitude of colors of the Painted Desert is so much 

grander than those crazy sand things you make at the 

county fair. 

Just a little further to the east is Meteor Crater. Just like it 

sounds, it’s one of the largest impact sites on the planet and 

is over 550 feet deep and almost a mile across. It’s amazing 

on every level. 

We then will head back into Flagstaff where we will 

stop at Lowell Observatory to enjoy seeing 

northern Arizona’s night sky. This is where Pluto was 

discovered. Once there, you will get a tour of the observatory and surrounding buildings. 

Weather permitting; you can even get to peer deep into the heavens through one of 

their many telescopes. 

The duration of this tour is 10 – 14 hours.

$195 per child 15 and under. 


Antelope Canyon & the North Country 

This tour takes you to northern Arizona where your group will get 

to see the some of the famous slot canyons that Arizona is known 

for. These amazing canyons are located on the Navajo 

Reservation and the views that they offer are simply stunning. 

Enter a wondrous world of swirling sand, amazing light, and 

fantastic contrasts. This is Antelope Canyon. Carved by wind 

and water, this slot canyon is located very near Page, Arizona, 

the home of Lake Powell. Tours 

departing Sedona will wind 

through beautiful Oak Creek 

Canyon. You’ll fill your water 

bottles with pure natural spring 

water; water that has been 

underground for hundreds of 

years. We will climb to the top 

of the Colorado Plateau, a landform 

unique unto itself, and 

travel through the San 

Francisco Volcanic Field. This volcanic field is home to over 600 

dormant volcanoes. Passing onto the Navajo Reservation, we will 

make a short detour to view dinosaur tracks created tens of 

millions of years ago. Then it’s a drive up a strike valley all the way to Page. 

You will be able to choose between Upper or Lower 

Antelope Canyon for the tour. Both offer an unparalleled 

experience in a narrow slot canyon filled with exquisite 

erosional features and lighting effects. It is to be noted that 

lighting changes with the seasons and time of day. On the 

return to Sedona, we have time for a short hike to Horse 

Shoe Bend 

Overlook, or a 

short drive to 

Navajo Bridge, 

spanning the very 

beginning of the 

Grand Canyon.

Antelope Canyon by ground, we will next head 


to Glen Canyon Dam, where we will take a scenic and informative tour of the dam. On 

this tour you will get to see amazing angels of the Colorado River as it flows through the 

dam feeding into the Grand Canyon. 

Next, we shall head south towards the Vermillion Cliffs to enjoy the multitude of 

layered sandstone. The 3,000-foot escarpment of the Vermilion Cliffs reveals seven 

major geologic formations in layer-cake fashion. This remote, unspoiled 294,000-acre 

national monument is a geologic treasure of towering cliffs, deep 

canyons, and spectacular sandstone formations, containing the 

Paria Plateau, Vermilion Cliffs, Coyote Buttes and Paria 

Canyon. Elevations range from 3,100 to 6,500 feet. It’s just 

another amazing spot not to be missed in northern Arizona.

Our tours begin bright and early with a scenic drive up 

Oak Creek Canyon. Here you will see towering red rock 

cliffs, as the canyon appears to close up around you. As 

we meander up Oak Creek Canyon, we rise in elevation 

approaching the Colorado Plateau. Once we reach the 

top of the switchbacks, enjoy a stop at the scenic overlook 

that peers down into Oak Creek Canyon showing you the 

road we came up and the intense basalt cliffs below. 


We continue into Flagstaff where we can stop for breakfast or 

simply coffee at Macy’s European Coffee House – arguably the 

best coffee in northern Arizona. Once in Flagstaff, enjoy a short 

walk around historic “Downtown” Flagstaff or the beautiful 

campus of Northern Arizona University. 

After leaving Flagstaff, we head north 

past the San Francisco Peaks, which 

make up the highest mountain range in 

the state. Here you will see Humphrey’s 

Peak which towers 12,634 feet above see level. Enjoy the 

beautiful drive up to the Grand Canyon as we pass tall 

Ponderosa Pines and Aspens in abundance. 

Upon arrival to the Grand Canyon, we will stop in the town of 

Tusayan, which lies just south of the Grand Canyon National 

Park. Here we will see a short IMAX film about the history of 

the Grand Canyon. This is a fantastic film, and a great introduction to the canyon before 

you see it for yourself. 

Now, your tour takes you into the Grand Canyon itself. Your tour includes your 

entrance fees into the national park. Once we arrive into Grand Canyon National Park, 

we avoid the hustle and bustle of Grand Canyon Village and head east to the various 

overlooks that dot the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Here, 

your guide will stop intermittingly at various overlooks where 

you can stop to absorb the inherent beauty that only the 

Grand Canyon can offer. While at the canyon, you of course 

do have the option to have a picnic lunch at one of the 

scenic vistas that we will stop at along the way. You will also 

have the opportunity to take 

several short walks along the rim 

of the canyon as you peer deep 

down where you will see the 

Colorado River cutting it’s path 

through the canyon walls like it has 

been doing for thousands of years. 

As we head further east, we will stop to see some Indian ruins 

from tribes that inhabited this area long ago, then we will 

continue to the historic Mary Jane Cotler Watchtower. 


After we exit the park from the east, your tour is far from over. Our next stop is the Little 

Colorado Gorge. It offers a vantage point with a shear cliff 

where you may look straight down 1,000 feet. 

Continuing east, our route takes us onto the Navajo 

Reservation, which is the largest reservation in the state. Here 

we will stop at the historic Cameron Trading Post. For those of 

you who like Indian jewelry, pottery, and crafts, this is a must 

see. The Cameron Trading Post has some of the finest Indian 

made products in the state. 

Now our route takes a southern turn and as you peer off into the distance, you will see 

the Painted Desert to the east. The Painted Desert is simply beautiful, for you will see a 

multitude of colors in the sands that make this area so special. It truly is a spectacular 

sight. 

As night falls, we arrive back in Flagstaff where we stop for dinner. Unsure what you

Alcantara Vineyard, which is 

northern Arizona’s largest estate 

vineyard. Encompassing nearly 

80 acres of of available land, this is the areas largest continuous vineyard. Producing 

about 15 different vines, annually ranging from fruity whites to big and bold reds, there’s 

sure to be here a wine to meet your fancy. For those liking desert wines, we love their 

Moscotto. 

While enjoying your VIP wine tasting, you have the choice to sit in the comfort of the 

tasting room or out on the back lawn facing the vineyard. We can even take a stroll 

down through the vineyard to the wedding chapel located right on premises. 

Also on the property is the confluence of Oak Creek and the 

Verde River. For those of you that may be enjoying Oak 

Creek while visiting Sedona, it actually ends or terminates 

into the Verde River. That connection point of two waterways, 

we call the Confluence, which they have a wine named after. 

In the limestone cliffs adjacent to where these rivers meet, 

you will see cliff dwellings dating back to the Anazi and 

Sinagua Indian cultures.

Couple of Tastings in Page Springs 

For those of you wanting to get to enjoy local wines, but 

do it at the “vineyards”, this is your perfect tour. Although 

there are over a dozen establishments to taste wine in the 

area, there are only four actual vineyard locations to 

sample the wine. On this tour, we take you to two of these 

vineyards. 

Enjoy some of the majestic red rock scenery passing 

canyon, bluff, and red rock vista as you head out to the 

area where wine making got it’s start in northern Arizona. 

Come on out to Cornville! We take you to the Page 

Springs area of Cornville where over a decade ago, John Marcus started the first 

vineyard, Echo Canyon whose tasting room 

is in Jerome. Just down the road from Echo 

Canyon is Senator McCain’s compound. A 

little further down the road, you find 

Sycamore Canyon Vineyard which has its 

tasting room in Sedona at The Art of Wine. 

Currently there are three vineyards in Page 

Springs who have onsite tasting rooms that 

are open to the public. Based on what 

types of wines you enjoy, we can make the 

recommendation to go to either Javelina 

Leap Vineyard, Oak Creek Vineyard, or 

Page Springs Cellars. Of course if there is a 

place you wish to visit, we are happy to take you

Old Town Cottonwood is the historic area of town. Unlike 

much of Cottonwood proper which is full of fast food restaurants, hotel chains, auto 

dealerships; here is where the history is. Nestled in about a five block stretch is some of 

the areas finest restaurants, four wine tasting rooms, and an array of interesting 

shops, galleries, and antique stores. 

We bring you to Old Town in the comfort of our fully enclosed tour vehicles. Upon arrival 

you, allow us to guide you through the maze of interesting and delicious places to visit 

while there. Sample wines at two of the areas four tastings rooms. Some of the shops 

offer our guests discounts, so we will be sure to let you know that when we arrive. 

While you, you have the choice of visiting Arizona Stronghold, 

the states largest vineyard, partially owned by James Maynard 

Keenan from the bands Tool, A Perfect Circle, & Pucifer. Just 

across the street is Pillsbury Winery, which is owned by the 

former director Sam Pillsbury. You may remember the movie 

Free Willy which he directed. Down the street from Pillsbury is 

Burning Tree Cellars and slated to open in August of 2013 is 

Cellar Dwellers which will only add to the experience of 

enjoying delicious local wines. 

If you are not wanting to do a lot of walking, this is a perfect 

tour for you because the tastings rooms are within about a 

block of each other. Though on the other hand, if you wish to 

enjoy the Arizona sunshine, there are plenty of interesting 

places to see while walking around this isolated and historic

Few Tastings in Jerome 

Starting in Sedona, this tour is great if you not only 

want to sample local wines, but get to revel in the 

landscape and local history of the area. After leaving 

red rock country to the east, we head through Old 

Town Cottonwood, Clarkdale, and onto historic 

Jerome. 

Prior to Arizona becoming a state in 1912, Jerome was one of the wildest towns in 

Arizona. At one time it had the largest copper mines in the state which closed down in 

1959. Many say there is more vertical depth to Jerome than horizontal with all the mine 

shafts still in existence throughout Cleopatra Hill. 

Although the population here was once 15,000 when the mines were in full operation, 

the town has now dwindled to just 500 residents. Don’t let that fool you in terms of its 

character. Jerome is a happening town with great restaurants (our favorite is The 

Haunted Hamburger), interesting and unique galleries, unusual architecture, historic 

buildings, a “sliding” jail, a haunted hotel, a really interesting mining museum, two cool 

bars in which to meet the real locals, and several wine tasting rooms. 

While here you have the opportunity to sample wines from Echo Canyon, the first 

vineyard in northern Arizona. If you are a fan of the bands Tool, Pucifer, or A Perfect 

Circle, you are sure to want to visit James Maynard Keenan’s place Caduceus Cellars.

Tours, this tour includes all of your wine tastings, 

cheese plates or other food item at two of your 

stops. Typically this tour will go to five local 

vineyards or tasting rooms but sometimes we go to 

more or less depending on how much you are 

enjoying each location we stop at. This is a vehicle 

based tour in a fully enclosed and climate controlled 

tour vehicle and lasts between 8 and 10 hours. We 

require a minimum of 6 ladies and costs just $250

“Wine Your Way” – Verde River Wine 

Experience 

If you are wanting to just dip your toes into 

tasting some of the wines in northern 

Arizona and at the same time be able to 

enjoy your wines from one of he most 

pristine and beautiful settings, this is your 

perfect tour. 

As you leave head west out of red rock 

country, you will get to relish in the 

abundance of red rock formations that 

surround you in every direction. For the view are endless. We head due west towards 

the giant Mingus Mountain, topping off at nearly 8,500 feet in elevation. 

Continuing to Alcantara Vineyard, you will see why this is one of our favorite spots. 

Nestled right on the banks of the Verde River, Alcantara is just a beautiful place to enjoy 

their wines, Arizona sunshine, and the company of those you cherish. From the back 

deck and lawn you can see caves and Indian ruins that date back over 1,000 years ago. 

Oak Creek which flows through most of Sedona terminates into the Verde River right on 

their property. After sampling their wines, we can even talk you for a walk down to the 

confluence where Oak Creek and the Verde River meet – it’s beautiful for pictures. 

This is a vehicle based tour in a fully enclosed and climate controlled tour vehicle and 

lasts 3 hours and is just $105 per adult. 

“Wine Your Way” - Page Springs Area Vineyard Experience 

This tour will highlight some of Sedona’s most beautiful rock formations plus give you an 

opportunity to sample wine produced in northern Arizona. Your tour begins with a scenic 

route heading west out of Sedona where you’ll get to enjoy the magnificent natural 


eauty of the red rocks. From Sedona, we head 

to the Page Springs area within the town of 

Cornville. While there you will visit two or three of 

the five area wineries located on Page Springs 

Road. The vineyards located in this area include:

Jerome))

“Wine Your Way” - Old Town Cottonwood Experience 

This tour will highlight some of Sedona’s most beautiful rock formations plus give you an 

opportunity to sample wine produced in northern Arizona. Your tour begins with a scenic 

route heading west out of Sedona where your guide will explain to you about area flora, 

fauna, natural history, geology, and much more. 

From the beautiful scenic vista’s of Sedona, your tour will head still further west to Old 

Town Cottonwood. While there you will visit two or three of the areas unique tasting 

rooms. The tasting rooms included in this tour include:

“Wine Your Way” - Jerome Wine Experience 

If you enjoy music and wine, this may be the 

perfect tour for your. Have you ever heard of the 

band Tool? Pucifer? A Perfect Circle? Well, the 

lead singer from those bands is a guy by the name 

of James Maynard Keenan and he owns Merkin 

Vineyard / Caduceus Cellars right here in Jerome. 

On this incredible wine tour not only will you have 

the opportunity to sample wines from over five tastings rooms all within a few blocks of 

one another, but you also get to enjoy historic Jerome, which at one time was one of the 

wildest town in the American west. From it’s vantage point of nearly 5,500 feet in 

elevation you can see just the most amazing and expansive views of Sedona’s red 

rocks, great for those of you that like panoramic photos. 

While we are in Jerome, we shall share 

with you aspects of the history of the area 

while we are wandering from tasting room 

to tasting room. There are plenty of 

interesting shops to explore in-between 

your tastings if you desire. Here enjoy a 

leisurely stroll among the areas many art 

galleries and historic buildings; or visit the 

Gold King Mining Museum 

Hungry? May we suggest taking a break 

at The Haunted Hamburger, in our opinion they make the best burger in the state. If you 

wish you may even extend your tour to include dinner at The Asylum, where you may 

see a ghost during your meal (additional charges for time over fours hours).

have it for you! Enjoy the day in the safety and comfort of this tour with Sedona Red 

Rock Adventures. We will pick you up wherever you are staying in Sedona, and from 

there the fun begins. 

Our personable guides will take you on a tour of the area that you will be sure to be 

talking about for many years to come. A tour where everything is good and you are free 

to have as much fun as your heart desires, because hell, you are on a Bachelorette 

Party, so its meant to be nothing but fun. We create that! 

Enjoy delicious wines from the array of wineries and tastings rooms in the area. Try 

some of the foods prepared directly at the vineyards or opt to make a pit-stop for lunch 

and yes more wine at any of the fine restaurants along our route. The choice is up to

Northern Arizona Micro-Brew Tours 

Sedona Red Rock Adventures is pleased to offer Micro-Brew Tours. For after providing 

the most exceptional Northern Arizona Scenic Wine Country Tours for several years, we 

have decided to offer those with a different palate a similar experience while getting to 

enjoy some of the area’s fine microbrews, all of which are produced locally. For across 

the state, there are over thirty microbreweries offering their guests a wide selection of 

incredible beers. 

Like all our tours, every tour is personalized to meet your individual interests, enabling 

you to see the things you wish, at your own pace. Better yet, each tour is private to the 

individual, family or group; thus giving you a more one on one experience of the area. 

All tours start in Sedona and include seeing many of the area’s local points of interests 

and red rock formations, all the whiling learning more about the natural history of the 

area, and much more. While in Sedona you have the option of visiting Oak Creek 

Brewery or their restaurant location Oak Creek Brewery & Grill, which is our personal 

favorite of all the breweries in the state. While there you will get to enjoy a sample of all 

their beers. Once you decide which one you like best try a full pint, it’s all part of your 

tour. If visiting the brewery location, enjoy the fresh Sedona air while sitting in the 

outdoor patio. In winter-time, there’s even a 

fire fueled by juniper wood. It makes the patio 

smell delicious. 

From Sedona, we then head north through 

the majestic beauty of Oak Creek Canyon up 

to the Colorado Plateau. As we continue 

north into Flagstaff, you will delight in the 

enormity of the San Francisco Peaks, which 

make up the tallest summit in the state 

towering in at 12,634 feet. Once we get into 

Flagstaff, your tour takes you to Historic 


“Downtown” Flagstaff. Here you will learn more about the early history of Flagstaff as 

you walk among century old buildings, an area rich with history. While in Flagstaff, you 

get the ability to visit Flagstaff Brewing Company, Mother Road Brewing Company, 

The Green Room (Mogollion Brewing Company), Beaver Street Brewery & Whistlestop 

Café, and The Lumberyard. Included in your tour are beer samplers and your first 

pint of beer at each establishment. If you wish to extend your tour to other sights in the 

area, you have the option to see Arizona from high above via Arizona Snowbowl’s 

Scenic Skyride, which enables you to take the ski lift to the top of the mountain. Also in 

the area are Sunset Crater, Watpatki Indian Ruin, and many other incredible points of 

interest. On this tour you have the flexibility to see as much or as little as you please. 

This tour can be fully customized to how long you wish to be out on your beer tasting, 

sight seeing adventure. If you wish to concentrate your tour in Just Sedona, we 

recommend allowing yourself two to three hours. If you wish to include Flagstaff, we 

recommend extending your adventure to six hours or more. This tour can be offered any 

time of the day or night. 

We offer pickup and return 

to your hotel in Sedona.

Arizona ensuring that you have a great time while you are here. A great example of this 

is the fact that if you enjoy chocolate, every tour goes to ChocolaTree Eatery located in 

Sedona. And it’s not that I’m a chocaholic (though I very much am if it’s raw and in its 

Super Food form), it’s that the owners Jen & Kelly are personal friends. Their chocolate 

is raw, organic, whole; it’s a superfood! They also have an incredible and delicious 

menu that is organic, raw or cooked, and gluten free. I recommend having lunch is their 

lush outdoor garden. Anything on the menu is delicious, though my personal favorite 

dishes are the Goddess Salad, Sedona 2012, Heart On, and Chocolate Ganache Cake. 

ChocolaTree has become a hub to our spiritual and conscious community so if you wish
