In trigger mode an A/D conversion is<br />
started only if a rising (“RISING”), falling<br />
(“FALLING”) or a rising or a falling<br />
edge (“BOTH”) occurs.<br />
The analog A/D trigger makes use of a<br />
comparator which compares the positive<br />
trigger input (AD_TRIG+, dynamic<br />
signale up to 500 kHz, ±10 V) and<br />
the negative trigger input (AD_TRIG,<br />
threshold). “Rising edge” means that<br />
the threshold value is exceeded from<br />
negative to positive. “Falling edge”<br />
means that AD_TRIG_A+ is falling below<br />

family. It has a variety of innovative<br />

is the complete opto-isolation of all<br />
analog inputs, outputs, counter lines<br />

ICP DAS offers a series of modules that provide the system<br />
designer with those unique building blocks for assembling a<br />

■ The I-7188E Series Ethernet Communication Controllers are addressable<br />
ethernet-to-serial converters that can be used to control one or<br />
multiple serial devices from any LAN or internet network.<br />
• The I-7188E series controllers provide multiple RS422/RS485<br />
and RS232 COM ports with baud rates up to 115.2 kbaud.<br />

provide unique mix of RS485 protocol conversion and isolation.<br />
• All three models provide RS232 to RS485 protocol conversion<br />
up to 115,200 baud.<br />
• A proprietary auto tuner circuit detects the baud rate and<br />
data format automatically and controls the direction of the<br />
RS485 circuit precisely. This eliminates the need to control<br />
the module with the Request-to-send line as is done with<br />

■ The I-7024 provides 4 analog outputs that can provide ±10 V, ±5 V,<br />
5 V, 10 V, 4 to 20 mA or 0 to 20 mA. Power on settings can be stored<br />
in the module’s internal EEPROM.<br />
■ The I-7060 provides four isolated digital inputs and four relay outputs.<br />
The digital inputs have a wide range of voltage inputs.<br />
• Logic 0 is 0 to +1 V. Logic 1 is + 3.5 to +30 V.<br />
• Digital input #4 can be used as a 16 bit counter with rates up to<br />
100 kHz.<br />
• The four sets of relay contacts are two SPST (Form A) contacts<br />
