BSE Points Request
Thank you for your application requesting BSE Points for a course. PLEASE NOTE only Course Organisers should complete this form and
requests for BSE points by attendees will not be considered. All requests must be sent along with a course programme; those received
without an appropriate programme outlining the educational timings/content will be returned directly to the Course Organiser. Please note a
PDF flyer advertisement is not sufficient. Departmental based meetings should not be submitted for BSE Points and will not be considered for
review.
All requests are to be submitted via email accreditation@bsecho.org or by post to BSE, DBC, 10-16 Tiller Road, London E14 8PX or by fax to
020 7345 5186 and will be reviewed by the committee on a monthly basis; the cut off point for requests is midday on the 15 th of each month.
Any requests received after this date will be delayed until the following month. Any inappropriate requests will delay the process. The
outcome of your request will be sent to you via email.
