• The preferential rates are only applicable for reservations between 06-12 June
2011.
• Hotel rooms are generally available for check-in after 2:00pm and check-out
time is 12:00pm. Rooms may be extended until 6:00pm at 50% of the group
room rate and at the full group rate after 6:00pm and subject to availability.

Guarantee
: 1. A full stay should be guaranteed by a credit card. Room reservations
without credit card details will not be processed.
2. 100% full amount for the entire period of stay reserved will be charged to
the individual guest 10 days before arrival.
Cancellation
: 1. No cancellation fee will be charged to the individual guest for any
cancellation or amendment made 10 days before arrival.
2. 100% full amount for the entire period of stay reserved will be charged to
the individual guest for any cancellation or amendment, no show or earlier
check-out.
Cut-off Date
: Reservation cutoff date is 25 May 2011. Rooms are served on a first-come
first-served basis and subject to hotel availability.
