BLIND MAGAZINE EXCHANGE 

• Magazine buttons are positioned above the trigger and 

can be operated "blindly" 

• Pushing both buttons at the same time, the magazine 

releases directly into the shooter‘s hand 

• A second loaded magazine can be inserted within a split

MANUAL COCKING SYSTEM 

• To safely open the bolt, simply move the cocking 

lever forward until you meet the first resistance 

(about 3 mm) to unlock the bolt handle 

• This slight movement will not not cock the rifle 

and you can load and unload the rifle safely

EXCHANGING CALIBERS 

• Different barrel versions can be inserted in every R8 

• When changing from one caliber group to the other during a barrel 

exchange, the bolt head has to be changed as well, so that it
