Modernization and revamping of an existing collarmold ESR-unit with a
completely new process control and an advanced computer-based
melt control and automation system.
A revamping contract was signed in the year 1998 to implement a
completely new low voltage system and advanced computer-based
melt control as well as a new alloy addition system and sampling
device.
Modernization and revamping of an existing static mold ESR-unit
(originally supplied by Consarc) with a completely new process control
and an advanced computer-based melt control and automation
system.
Modernization and revamping of an existing ESR-plant by employing the
INTECO proprietary design, protective gas system as well as ESRR -
Electroslag Rapid Remelting operation mode (a patented process by
INTECO).
