The StarFemto FX is a completely<br />
innovative ultrashort pulse laser source<br />
with field-proven high reliability and<br />
long-term stability. This 'cold' cutting<br />
process allows easy cutting of biodegradable<br />
Polymer as well as magnesium<br />
or iron material. The result is no heat<br />
is transferred to the surrounding material,<br />
this eliminates any recast and burr.<br />
The system <strong>StarCut</strong> <strong>Tube</strong> is available<br />
with automatic tube feeder for dry and<br />
wet cutting. A stereo microscope and an<br />
optional camera allow exact monitoring<br />
and control of the cutting process.<br />
