b. Payment in full is due upon receipt of invoice. If payment is not received<br />

j. All items MUST be picked-up by the last checkout date or they will<br />

be forfeited with no refund. We will give you a (2) week checkout<br />

for free, after that, the next (2) weeks will cost you $250.00 a day,<br />

or $1000.00 a week. After (4) weeks the assets not removed will<br />

for any property or bodily damages howsoever caused, arising<br />

from the pick up or transport of the property and all risks relating<br />
