Class Description<br />
• AEROBIC FUSION A mix of Hi & Lo impact moves for all aerobic lovers incorporating abs, butt<br />
& leg exercises to complete the class.<br />
• AQUA ACTION An excellent class using the water to tone and shape your body safely and<br />
effectively. Suitable for all fitness levels. Juniors from 11 years of age can participate in<br />
this class.<br />
• BodyATTACK A high intensity aerobic class with high energy sports training moves that will<br />
challenge your whole body.<br />
• BodyBALANCE A dynamic class based on the principles of Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi. A class<br />
to invigorate and tone your body, yet leave you renewed and relaxed.<br />
• BodyCOMBAT An exciting aerobic fitness programme that combines moves and stances from<br />
a range of self-defence disciplines and martial arts. Powerful yet fun!<br />
• BodyPUMP A resistance class using bars and weights to achieve muscular strength and<br />
definition. Simply resistance with rhythm!<br />
• Boxercise This high intensity class combines boxing techniques and circuits -<br />
it really packs a punch!<br />
• CIRCUIT TRAINING A challenging and powerful programme for all round fitness incorporating<br />
strength, endurance and stamina exercises.<br />
• DANCEMIX A combination of dance styles - Jazz, Funk, Hip-Hop and Jam are fused together<br />
in this class. Get fit and feel great!<br />
• EASY LINE CIRCUITS A circuits class with a hi tech twist. Perfect for those that want to push<br />
themselves that little bit more.<br />
• FAB ABS, BUTTS AND LEGS A toning class from the waist down. A comprehensive workout to<br />
tone and strengthen all those bits we just love to hate.<br />
• Primetimers Fitness (50+) This class offers a mixture of low impact aerobic moves and<br />
conditioning exercises to help maintain mobility and posture, perfect for those who want<br />
to keep fit and active.<br />
• IYENGAR YOGA Improve control of the body, mind and breath through developing an<br />
understanding of yoga postures. Classes can be strenuous and will include hands on<br />
adjustment.<br />
• EXCEL The EXCEL Fitness Programme provides fun and challenging classes and supervised<br />
gym sessions for 11 to 15 year olds.<br />
• SPIN Join in the ultimate ride of your life with an indoor cycling class. It burns fat fast, whilst<br />
toning your butt, thighs and calves.<br />
• TONE & TIGHTEN Lo impact moves combined with conditioning exercises to define, shape<br />
and streamline your body.<br />

• For the benefit of everyone please arrive on time for your class or<br />
entry may be refused. If you are new to BodyPUMP please arrive<br />
5 minutes early so the instructor can take you through technique.<br />
• Please advise your instructor of any medical conditions or if you<br />
are pregnant.<br />
• *Sessions available on the hour 8am to 6pm Saturday and<br />
8am to 7pm Sunday.<br />
C = Busy Bees Crèche available at this time. Enjoy your exercise session whilst Busy Bees look after your<br />
little one in a safe, secure and entertaining environment. For children aged 3 months up to 5 years.<br />
All time changes or new classes are highlighted in BOLD<br />
Customers must be over the age of 16 years to participate in BodyPUMP, BodyCOMBAT and BodyBALANCE<br />
Classes. For all other classes customers must be over the age of 14 years, except junior classes and Aqua<br />
Action where participants can be between the ages of 11 and 15 years
