Cleaning Spray: to clean the panels in
order to keep their efficiency.
In the nineties, Krafft started to work
with an important steel industry in
Spain to develop a special grease for
the continuous casting line and for the
hot milling line. This grease was to
lubricate the bearings of all the rollers.
Furthermore as the grease is applied by
centralized lubrication, it was
necessary to have the correct fluidity
and rheology to be pumped through
the long piping circuit.
For that application, Krafft developed
2 kind of greases:
• One is polyurea grease with a high
base oil viscosity (ISO VG 460): it is the
SITELA range.
• As a cheaper alternative, we
developed also a lithium complex
grease : it is our KL COMPLEX 280.
For hot forging and stamping, Krafft is
offering products with and without
graphite:
• Suspension of graphite in oil:
KROIL 10, KROIL 22, KROIL 33
• Graphite-free, water based, salts
with Diesel effect: KROIL 1.705
Besides these special greases, we have
also other kind of greases and oils
which allow lubricating practically all
the rest of the equipment in a steel
industry.
