Directors<br />
John B Prescott AC Chairman<br />
John is Chairman of ASC Pty Ltd, Patron of the Sunshine Coast<br />
Business Council and a director of Newmont Mining Corporation. John<br />
served BHP (now BHP Billiton) for more than 40 years, and was the<br />
company’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer between 1991 and<br />
1998. John’s awards include a Companion of the Order of Australia (1996),<br />
Honorary Doctor of Laws from Monash University (1994), Honorary Doctor of<br />
Science from the University of New South Wales (1995), and the Australian<br />
Centenary Medal (2003).<br />

Dawson Petie Director<br />
Dawson is Chair of Teachers’ Union Health and is a UnitingCare<br />
<strong>Queensland</strong> Board Member. Dawson has held senior executive<br />
positions in government, finance and the union movement, as well<br />
as general management roles with Suncorp and QIC. Dawson<br />
is a former General Secretary of the ACTU <strong>Queensland</strong> and has<br />
held Board positions with 2KY, QIC, Sunsuper, The National Trust<br />
of <strong>Queensland</strong> and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.<br />
Peter Holmes à Court Director<br />
Peter is the Chairman of White Bull Holdings, a private investment company,<br />
a director of South Sydney Football Club and a member of the Lord Mayor’s<br />
City of Sydney Business Forum. In 1993 Peter formed Back Row Productions,<br />
operating in New York, London and Sydney. Back Row produced over 20<br />
live shows in 30 countries and 300 cities world wide. Live acts included the<br />
Australian show Tap Dogs, the UK’s Eddie Izzard and the US’s Jerry Seinfeld.<br />
Peter was formerly Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Agricultural Company.<br />
Paul Bell Director<br />
Paul Bell joined the Board in 1999 and was appointed Deputy Chairman in 2000. Paul resigned from the Board on 16 May 2008 following his<br />
election as Councillor and Deputy Mayor of the Central Highlands Regional Council. Paul served as Chairman of the Passenger Services Strategy<br />
Committee and was a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee.<br />
