本 部 持 續 為 員 工 提 供 安 全 管 理 系 統 訓 練 ,
以 加 深 他 們 對 安 全 管 理 的 認 識 , 並 充 分 掌 握
安 全 管 理 系 統 的 操 作 技 巧 。 年 內 , 本 部 邀 請
了 歐 洲 一 家 培 訓 機 構 在 香 港 舉 行 兩 個 安 全
風 險 評 估 培 訓 課 程 , 一 個 供 前 線 員 工 參 加 ,
另 一 個 供 管 理 層 人 員 參 加 。
On-going SMS training is provided to staff to enhance their understanding
of safety management and skills in performing SMS related activities. In this
connection, an external training service provider from Europe was engaged
to conduct two training courses locally on Safety Risk Assessment, one for
working level staff while the other for management level staff.
搜 索 和 救 援 服 務
SEARCH AND RESCUE (SAR) SERVICES
年 內 , 共 有 16 名 空 管 主 任 完 成 搜 救 培 訓 課
程 , 取 得 搜 救 資 格 。 所 有 已 取 得 搜 救 資 格 的
空 管 主 任 亦 完 成 了 一 次 書 面 練 習 , 以 重 溫 搜
救 知 識 。 此 外 , 本 部 繼 續 派 員 參 與 機 場 和 飛
機 緊 急 事 故 演 習 及 相 關 會 議 。
Within the year, 16 ATCOs completed SAR training and obtained their SAR
qualifications. All SAR qualified ATCOs also finished a paper exercise to
refresh their SAR knowledge. Besides, the division continued to participate
in the airport and aircraft emergency drills and associated meetings.

OVERSEAS ATC MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES
年 內 , 航 空 交 通 管 理 部 繼 續 積 極 參 與 由 國 際
民 航 組 織 、 民 用 航 空 導 航 服 務 組 織 及 其 他 航
空 機 關 舉 辦 的 海 外 會 議 和 研 討 會 , 藉 此 交 流
和 推 動 合 作 , 促 進 亞 太 區 以 至 全 球 航 空 交 通
管 理 的 持 續 發 展 。
During the year, the Division continued to actively participate in overseas
meetings, seminars and conferences organised by the ICAO, Civil Air
Navigation Services Organisation and other aviation authorities to exchange
views and foster cooperation with our international counterparts. This active
networking process contributed to the continuous development of air traffic
management regionally and globally.

The Air Traffic Control Tower provides round-the-clock air traffic control services to aircraft operating at the airport.
