Student receives 19 meal swipes per week at SoVi dining hall. Each week 19 meals
ANY 19 are automatically reloaded. Meal swipes can be used any meal period (breakfast, $699.99

Terms and Conditions
Meal plan pricing only includes tax on the meal plan swipe portion of the plans.
Tax for Dining Dollars will be added at the time of purchase in our retail locations on campus.
Withdrawal Policy:
Requests for meal plan cancellations must be accompanied by documentation from FGCU showing you have
officially withdrawn from the University. Additionally, a withdrawal form from Eagle Dining must also be submitted.
If you officially withdraw from the University after the start of the academic semester (after 5:00pm, June 19,
2013), your meal plan contract will be canceled and you are entitled to a refund of the remaining value of the plan.
After the drop/add date, meal plan cancellations will be charged a $250 cancellation fee.
Meal Plan participants have two (2) payment options:
Payment in full upon sign-up
EZ Pay Plan: Make scheduled payments by credit card over the course of the semester
A $50 creditable deposit plus a $50 non-refundable administration fee is required at sign-up unless paying in
full.
EZ Pay option require an additional addendum to be signed.
Any unpaid balances may subject meal plan participants to University Academic Hold status, which may
prevent them from registering, receiving transcripts and/or graduating.
Eagle Dining reserves the right to alter services and hours of operation. Notice will be given with modified schedules posted
in all dining locations and online.
A $35 administrative fee will be charged for any returned checks & declined or disputed credit card charges.
Important Meal Plan Provisions
Your Eagle ID is REQUIRED for all transactions.
Dining Dollars can be used at any dining location on campus and cannot be redeemed for cash or Eagle Dollars.
Meal plan swipes are allowed at SoVi, Home Zone
SoVi meal periods
Monday - Friday: Breakfast: 7:00 am - 9:00 am, Lunch: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm, and Dinner: 5:30 pm—8:30 pm.
Saturday - Sunday: Brunch 11:00 am - 2:00 pm, Dinner 5:30 - 8:30 pm
Home Zone meal periods
Monday - Friday: Lunch 10:30 am - 2:30 pm
Meal plans are non transferable. Participants may treat guests by using Dining Dollars, cash or credit card.
Meal plan participants must be present when treating a guest. If card holder is not present the ID card will be held and
turned over to the Eagle ID Office. Disciplinary actions from the University will be taken if a student uses an ID that is not
their own.
Dining Dollars added to the meal plan will expire on Sunday, August 4th.
Carry-out is available at SoVi dining hall and is provided as a courtesy. Cashier must be notified at the time of entry. A
beverage cup will be provided and must be used for beverages only. The reusable to-go box must be fully closed when
you leave. One carry out box per visit or you may purchase the box separately as a meal using cash or dining dollars.
