Upon Arrival<br />
If you have not completed the following, please visit the DeMoss Hall Grand Lobby and ILRC (both located on the<br />
2 nd floor of DeMoss Hall) on Wednesday, January 9th.<br />
• Financial Check-In<br />
• Class Registration (DH 2016)<br />
• Housing Application and Assignment<br />
• Meal Plan Option Selection<br />
• Health Form<br />
• <strong>Liberty</strong> OneCard (Bring valid government issued photo ID)<br />
• Vehicle Registration<br />
If you have completed the above information, please go directly to your assigned Residence Hall. You will be able to<br />
complete check-in with your RA and receive your room keys all day on Wednesday, January 9th.<br />
Freshman Seminar (FRSM 101)<br />
Freshman Seminar will begin on Thursday, January 10th. This orientation course is required for all first-time college<br />
freshmen.<br />
Residence Hall Information:<br />
Students who have completed Financial Check-In and selected housing may move in to their confirmed Residence<br />
Hall from 8:00am - 5:00pm and 7:00pm - 10:00pm on Wednesday, January 9th. Students who know their room<br />
assignment may go directly to their Residence Hall and receive their key from their Resident Assistant (RA). RA’s<br />
will verify their room assignment with the floor plan before distributing keys or allowing any individual to move<br />
into the Residence Hall.<br />
The <strong>Of</strong>fice of Student Housing will be available in the ILRC from 8:00am - 4:30pm on Wednesday for those<br />
students who do not know their room assignment. <strong>Of</strong>fice of Student Housing (Building 17, next to Prayer Chapel)<br />
will be open Thursday and Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm for assignments and general questions. No early arrivals<br />
will be allowed unless you are with a group pre-approved by the <strong>Of</strong>fice of Student Housing.<br />
If you have not completed Financial Check-In or confirmed your Residence Hall you must go directly to the ILRC<br />
on the second floor of the Arthur S. DeMoss Learning Center upon arrival.<br />
Our professional and friendly staff will be there to assist you in making these<br />
final arrangements.<br />
Meal Schedule<br />
The first meal served at the Reber-Thomas<br />
Dining Hall for new and transfer students will<br />
be breakfast on Wednesday, January 9th. All<br />
additional dining options on campus will be<br />
open beginning Monday, January 14th. Your<br />
<strong>Liberty</strong> OneCard (student ID) is required for<br />
admission into the Reber-Thomas Dining<br />
Hall beginning Monday, January 14th.<br />
