ANEY TRUST SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Applicant must have already been fully accepted into the Biola University Crowell School of Business
with a Junior or returning Senior status and a minimum GPA of 3.0. Applicant had to go through
applying for financial aid but did not qualify. Financial Aid will verify application and eligibility.
Applicant must complete this application and submit it with:
• A Complete Personal Resume
• One Faculty Evaluation - you must request the evaluation from a professor in your emphasis, and
the professor will submit the evaluation on your behalf.
• One Letter of Recommendation - personal/business relationship, but not a Business faculty, staff,
or family member. It should be mailed to:

• An essay addressing these two questions:
1. In 250 words or less describe any volunteering that you have done and the impact that
you had on others as well as the impact it had on you.
2. What are your personal goals in the first five years after graduating from Biola? (150
words or less).

2012. The scholarship can only be awarded once to a student.
