– Thin, relatively inexpensive, SiC wafer<br />
Pre-production Hyperion tool in Danvers,<br />
MA Development Lab<br />
• Pre-production Hyperion tool is in operation in GT’s development lab<br />
• Targeting Hyperion market availability in 2015<br />
• GT believes that the Hyperion business, once mature, could rival the<br />
size of GT’s PV business at its peak<br />
