DM Transient Restrictions<br />
• Restricted via <strong>DOD</strong> Enroute Supplement:<br />
Transient aircraft are allowed 1 approach to a full stop between 1430Z and<br />
offl SS, or if <strong>Davis</strong> <strong>Monthan</strong> is not the final destination, may execute 1<br />
approach and depart the pattern. For multiple approaches or approaches<br />
outside these hr 355 OG/CC approval required.<br />
• <strong>Base</strong> Instruction 11-250:<br />
1.4.1.5. Overhead approaches will not be conducted prior to 0900L on<br />
weekends and holidays. Transient aircraft are limited to one straight-in<br />
approach to a full stop prior to 0900L on weekends and holidays.<br />
Transient aircraft are not allowed to fly overhead approaches at night.<br />
• <strong>DOD</strong> <strong>AP</strong>/1<br />
<strong>Davis</strong>-<strong>Monthan</strong> AFB - Avoid overflight of Tucson to maximum extent possible;<br />
To minimize noise over the city of Tucson, aircraft departing on Rwy 12 or 30<br />
should climb using safe procedures consistent with the aircraft flight manual<br />
until reaching 6000’ MSL, then accelerate to required airspeed; Expect rapid<br />
descents and climbs from surface to 3500’; Only single approach and full stop<br />
landing authorized for transient aircraft;
