1.1 Electronic copy of the asset information in PDF format.
1.2 All information supplied is labelled with the Supplier’s name and the Yarra Valley Water’s
reference number for the works.
1.3 Specific identification of file is required, ie .DGN, .DXF, linked or unlinked in accordance with the
WITS Survey Manual. If the development is less than 10 lots, Yarra Valley Water will accept the
as-constructed information in field note format
1.4 The name of the Survey Company used to supply the information.

2 Consultant's Assurance
As the Consultant's Nominated Representative responsible for the survey of the Development Works detailed
in Yarra Valley Water’s Development Deed,
I verify that:
2.1 The survey is in accordance with the Development Deed and its referred documents and
standards.
2.2 The survey is in accordance with the WITS Survey Manual.
2.3 The survey is in accordance with all relevant Yarra Valley Water specifications and relevant
Australian Standards.
2.4 The digital information is supplied virus-free and in accordance with the Consultant’s
Responsibilities as set out in the WITS Survey Manual.
2.5 The source documents have been filed in a manner that can be readily accessed for audit
purposes.
2.6 The survey information has been checked by the Consultant / suitably qualified person that all
out of tolerances are within acceptable limits.
2.7 For multi-unit developments, that additional surveyed plan indicating the location of other
services in close proximity and / or crossing the water business assets has been provided.
