1.1 Electronic copy <strong>of</strong> the asset information in PDF format.<br />

1.2 All information supplied is labelled with the Supplier’s name and the Yarra Valley Water’s<br />

reference number for the works.<br />

1.3 Specific identification <strong>of</strong> file is required, ie .DGN, .DXF, linked or unlinked in accordance with the<br />

WITS Survey Manual. If the development is less than 10 lots, Yarra Valley Water will accept the<br />

as-constructed information in field note format<br />

1.4 The name <strong>of</strong> the Survey Company used to supply the information.<br />

1.5 <strong>Verification</strong> Attachment Sheet, if any <strong>of</strong> the items on this form are not applicable.<br />

2 Consultant's <strong>As</strong>surance<br />

<strong>As</strong> the Consultant's Nominated Representative responsible for the survey <strong>of</strong> the Development Works detailed<br />

in Yarra Valley Water’s Development Deed,<br />

I verify that:<br />

2.1 The survey is in accordance with the Development Deed and its referred documents and<br />

standards.<br />

2.2 The survey is in accordance with the WITS Survey Manual.<br />

2.3 The survey is in accordance with all relevant Yarra Valley Water specifications and relevant<br />

Australian Standards.<br />

2.4 The digital information is supplied virus-free and in accordance with the Consultant’s<br />

Responsibilities as set out in the WITS Survey Manual.<br />

2.5 The source documents have been filed in a manner that can be readily accessed for audit<br />

purposes.<br />

2.6 The survey information has been checked by the Consultant / suitably qualified person that all<br />

out <strong>of</strong> tolerances are within acceptable limits.<br />

2.7 For multi-unit developments, that additional surveyed plan indicating the location <strong>of</strong> other<br />

services in close proximity and / or crossing the water business assets has been provided.<br />
