International Scholarships for Nursing Students
Summer/Fall Application Deadline is February 15
J-Term Application Deadline is October 15
Thanks to the generosity of the Alumni Council, the International
Endowment, and the Maxine D. Woodard International Scholarships the
International Committee of the School of Nursing will be awarding scholarships to
graduate and undergraduate students who will be undertaking academic programs in
another country.
This can be a UVA-sponsored program, or an academic program sponsored
through another university. Priority will be given to students whose program is part of
the required curriculum and who are eligible for financial aid. Students who are awarded
an International grant but who are unable to enroll in the program must return the
award. This will free the funds for other students to use.
Please submit the following materials to Hannah Walker via e-mail
(hrw5x@virginia.edu) by the application deadline.

3) A copy of acceptance to your program
4) A letter of reference from faculty
5) Budget (including how much money you are requesting)
6) If you are applying for any other funds
