Potter Logistics Rail Freight Terminal<br />

occupies a prime 21.7 hectare site on the<br />

edge of Knowsley Industrial Park providing<br />

15,500 m sq (165,000 sq ft) of insulated<br />

warehousing and extensive build to suit<br />

options. The build to suit development on<br />

this site comprises of 6.51 hectacres of<br />

rail connected land with the opportunity<br />

to build three warehouses ranging from<br />
