‘The <strong>Archmere</strong> Trust’ Founding Trustees:<br />
Clifford Anzilotti ’59, DMS.<br />
Dr. Clifford Anzilotti ’59 received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame and his Doctorate of Dental<br />
Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Following two years of dental residency<br />
in the U.S. Army, he returned to the University of Pennsylvania for his Post-Doctoral study in orthodontics. He continued<br />
on the faculty at the University of Pennsylvania as an orthodontic clinical instructor while opening his private practice in<br />
Wilmington in 1970. His Middletown office was opened in 1983. Dr. Anzilotti is an active member of the American Association<br />
of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association and a lifetime member of the Delaware State Dental Society.<br />
Dr. Anzilotti was named <strong>Archmere</strong>’s Alumnus of the Year in 1985 and served on the <strong>Academy</strong>’s Board of Trustees from 1989 to<br />
1995. He and his wife Sandra live in Wilmington, and are the parents of two <strong>Archmere</strong> graduates, Dea Anziolotti Zufelt ’82 and<br />
Dr. Clifford Anziolotti Jr. ’85, and the grandparents of three young alumni – Michael ’05, Kevin ’07 and Joseph Zufelt ’10.<br />
John V. Flynn, Jr. ’60, Ph.D.<br />
Dr. John V. Flynn, Jr. ‘60 received a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and a B. S. with honors in Chemical<br />
Engineering from the University of Delaware. From 1973-1977, he served as the COO of the city of Wilmington, and in 1977 he<br />
joined Touche Consulting. He served as Managing Director of the Philadelphia office and led it through the merger with the<br />
Deloitte firm. Dr. Flynn served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Rollins Environmental Services, Inc. from 1995-1997,<br />
before returning to Deloitte Consulting as Managing Director in Philadelphia and a Global Practice Director.<br />
Recently retired, Dr. Flynn is still active on a number of public and private boards. He currently serves as Chairman of the State<br />
of Delaware Cash Management Board, member of finance committee of the Nature Conservancy, member of the Boards of<br />
both Schramm Inc and Biovid Inc., a member of the Biomedical Engineering Advisory Council at the University of Delaware<br />
and a member of the strategic planning committee of the <strong>Archmere</strong> <strong>Academy</strong> board of trustees. Dr. Flynn was a founding<br />
member and the first president of the <strong>Archmere</strong> Alumni Association (1986). He was named Alumnus of the Year in 1989 and<br />
served on <strong>Archmere</strong> <strong>Academy</strong>’s Board of Trustees from 1988 -1994 and 2006-2012. He and his wife Mary Lou have two sons<br />
who graduated from <strong>Archmere</strong>, Jeffrey ’86 and Brian ’89.<br />
Anthony A. Latini, Jr., CFA ’82<br />
A past member and chairman of the <strong>Archmere</strong> <strong>Academy</strong> Board of Trustees (2004-2010, chair 2007-2010,) Mr. Anthony<br />
(Tony) Latini, Jr., CFA ‘82 has over 20 years experience providing corporate finance and investment banking services to<br />
middle market and large corporate clients. At Boenning & Scattergood, he focuses on merger and acquisition advisory<br />
services and capital-raising for clients in a variety of industries. In his professional capacity, Mr. Latini has authored<br />
and delivered numerous presentations for industry conferences, corporate planning sessions, trade associations, the<br />
Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Federal Reserve Bank.<br />
Mr. Latini received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the University of<br />
Pennsylvania. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and the FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses. He<br />
currently serves on the board of Fireman’s Hall Museum and the Finance Committee at Neumann University and is a<br />
past board member, member of the executive committee and chair of the finance committee of the Crime Prevention<br />
Association (now known as the Caring People Alliance) in Philadelphia. Mr. Latini was named <strong>Archmere</strong>’s Alumnus of the<br />
Year in 2009. He and his wife Eileen have two daughters, Elena ’14 and Deanna (8th grade) Latini.<br />
