The monthly remuneration received by each <strong>of</strong> its <strong>of</strong>ficers and employees, including the<br />
system <strong>of</strong> compensation as provided in its regulations;<br />
The detailed Statement <strong>of</strong> <strong>Monthly</strong> Salary Of Officers & <strong>Employee</strong>s<br />
The Corporation grants financial assistance/benefits to legal heirs <strong>of</strong> the employees who<br />
dies in harness as under:-<br />
a) Employment on compassionate grounds to the lowest rank <strong>of</strong> Class IV and<br />
b) Class III posts to which the dependents opt for employment-subject to availability <strong>of</strong><br />
vacancies & needs <strong>of</strong> the Corporation.<br />
c) Adhoc ex-gratia @ <strong>10</strong> times <strong>of</strong> basic pay <strong>of</strong> the deceased employee receiving before death<br />
subject to a minimum <strong>of</strong> Rs.<strong>10</strong>.000/- and maximum <strong>of</strong> Rs.30,000/-<br />
d) Grant <strong>of</strong> family pension i.e., in favour <strong>of</strong> widow/legal heir <strong>of</strong> the deceased.<br />
Refund <strong>of</strong> CPF deposits <strong>of</strong> the deceased employee.<br />
