1. What types of companies exhibit?
Exhibitors are any companies or organizations
that provide products and services
specific to the third-party warehouse logistics
marketplace. Past exhibitors have included:
• WMS and TMS vendors & other
technology providers
• Material handling companies, i.e. fork lift,
racking etc.
• Commercial real estate companies
• Insurance companies, agents & brokers
• Solar & energy companies
• Building & construction companies
• Economic development organizations
• Industry consultants
• Document services & office supplies
• Law firms
2. What is included in the exhibit fee?
Included in your exhibit fee is:
• An 8´ x 10´ booth space
• Standard 8´-high draped backwall
and 3´-high draped side rails
• Company identification sign
• Fully carpeted exhibit area
• Listing in both the 2010 IWLA Annual
Convention program and pocket planner,
provided to each attendee*
• Two complimentary registrations
per booth, which includes all educational
sessions, receptions, breakfasts,
luncheons, the Chairman’s Reception
and Banquet, and many networking
opportunities
• Access to our member golf outing
at the Steele Canyon Golf Club
(additional fee required)
• Listing on the Association website
and in Association communications
• Listing on Annual Convention signage
• Pre- and post-event attendee lists
3. Can we get passes for our
colleagues, prospects
or customers?
When you sign up to exhibit at the 2010 IWLA
Annual Convention, you are entitled to two
complimentary convention registrations per
booth. Exhibitors may purchase additional
convention registrations at a discounted rate.
As a convention attendee, all sessions and
food and beverage functions are open to you.
Unlike the usual trade show, our exhibit hall
is where many of the convention’s food and
beverage functions take place, attracting a
large number of attendees. For this reason,
free passes are not available.
4. How do I select my booth space?
After you send IWLA your completed
Exhibitor Contract and payment, you may
select the booth location in which you are
interested. It is best to give IWLA your top
three choices. IWLA will do its best not to
place competitors next to each other. The
floor plan is included in this brochure. There
is a spot on the Exhibitor Contract for you to
select your booth space. IWLA will contact
you to let you know which booth number you
are assigned.
5. Which convention activities
may I attend?
As an exhibitor, you are also considered a
registrant for the Annual Convention. You are
entitled and encouraged to attend all activities,
including educational sessions, social events,
receptions, breakfasts, luncheons and the
Chairman’s Reception and Banquet. These
activities present great opportunities for you
to build business relationships with potential
and existing customers.
*If you are registered after February 1, 2010, IWLA cannot guarantee that you will be listed
in the convention program or pocket planner.
