Application to exhibit this_____day of_____, 20_____by and between_____called Exhibitor and the
International Warehouse Logistics Association (IWLA).
I. In accordance with the provisions of the rules and regulations governing exhibits and sponsorships at the
IWLA 2010 Annual Convention, Hotel del Coronado, San Diego, CA. Actual exhibit dates are March 7-9, 2010.
The undersigned hereby makes an application for exhibit space which, when accepted by the International
Warehouse Logistics Association, becomes a contract.
II. Each exhibitor shall be responsible for making its exhibit accessible to persons with disabilities as required
by the Americans with Disabilities Act and shall hold harmless the IWLA from any consequences of exhibiting
companies who fail in this regard.
III. Exhibitor grants the IWLA any and all rights to use Exhibitor’s name and logo to market and promote
this event.
IV. Exhibitor agrees for itself and its employees to indemnify and hold harmless the IWLA for any claims for
personal injury, business interruption, loss of profits, workers’ compensation or any other claim arising
out of the attendance of any event.
V. The IWLA is a private not for profit organization and reserves the right to reject Exhibitor’s application.
VI. Exhibitor agrees to conduct itself in a professional and businesslike manner at all times during attendance.
Any violation of said conduct standard shall subject Exhibitor to dismissal from event without a refund.
