We refer to our:<br />
(a) voicemail messages to you <strong>of</strong> 30 April 2013 and 2 May 2013; and<br />
(b) email correspondence to you <strong>of</strong> 3 May 2013 and 13 May 2013,<br />
requesting copies <strong>of</strong> the draft Constitutions and Forestry Management and Off-<br />
Take Rgieement in relation to Macquarie's Alternate RE Proposal <strong>for</strong> the<br />
Projects (Proposed Scheme Documents).<br />
Despite these repeated requests, we have still not been provided with the<br />
Proposed Scheme Documents or received any response to our requests.<br />
The meetings to consider and vote upon, inter alia, the Proposed Scheme<br />
Documents ãre scheduled to take place on 28 May 2013'<br />
The changes which Macquarie seeks to make via the Proposed Scheme<br />
Documenté are generally only dealt with in summary <strong>for</strong>m in the Explanatory<br />
Memorandum. Without reviewing the Proposed Scheme Documents, our clients<br />
cannot properly consider Macquarie's Alternate RE Proposal and provide<br />
!iáur.r.'w¡in ait in<strong>for</strong>mation necessary to make an in<strong>for</strong>med decision at the<br />
meetings.<br />
