The Beisheim-Center complex is a “contemporary
interpretation of the European city with its blocks,

streets and squares”. The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin being an
integral part of the Beisheim-Center resembles the Art
Déco high-rise buildings of New York and Chicago in
the twenties of the last century.
Classical, traditional interior in the atmosphere of a
grand hotel, inspired by the Prussian architect Karl
Friedrich Schinkel (1781-1841), who has like no other
formed the architecture of the old and new capital. The
Ritz-Carlton, Berlin is a homage to the German empire
style.

The hotel offers the following dining options:
• Brasserie Desbrosses
French turn-of-the-19 th century brasserie,
originally from 1875, all-day dining with show
kitchen, Boulangerie and daily fresh oyster and
lobster displays, offered by Chef de Cuisine
Joergen Sodemann. The in-house Boulangerie
in the middle of the restaurant serves the best
home-made croissants and baguettes as well as
French delicacies which can be bought as takeaway.

• Terrace of Brasserie Desbrosses
Classical French brasserie cuisine with view to
Berlin’s biggest inner-city Tiergarten park, 60
outside seats including bar counter.

afternoon-tea time from 2p.m. to 6p.m. with
piano music, served together with a choice of
over 40 fresh tea varieties. The unique service
of two TeaMasters® – one is Sandra
Rosenmueller and the other one is Miriam-
Isabell Goetz, both honored with a gold pin
