If cable’s outer conductor is not cut off
at it’s corrugation ridge, cut the inner
conductor by pliers for a length ”a”
Distance between the end surface to
corrugation ridge. Then go back to
step 2.

If there’s dielectric on the
inner conductor, remove it
by knife.
Be careful NOT to hurt the
inner conductor.

Compare with the gauge on the tool
and check whether the stripping
dimension have been got properly.

Proper dimension and shape.

Use rasper to flattening the
end of center contact to assure
proper length and chamfering.
Corrugation ridge

Insert cable’s inner conductor into
stripping tool’s lateral hole, then rotate
the tool to flare outer conductor.
Connector’s
back nut
Notice: This step should be
done after the operation that
slide the connector ‘s back nut
and clamp ring onto cable.
