Stripping tool and it’s functional parts(Please
refer to picture right side)
Adjustment tools: 2.5#, 1.5# inner hexagon
spanner.

Stripping assistant tools: Hacksaw, knife,
rasper , pliers.
Adjust position of blade according to stripping
requirement:
Because there’s dimension distinction between different
manufacturers’ cables, if necessary please adjust the position of
blades.

Using electric drill
Remove the handle then insert the end into the drill (Please
refer to picture right side), and please use low spin speed.

Cut off the cable and straighten the
end for 200mm.

Please cut the cable by
hacksaw.

1) Insert cable into stripping tool.
2) Rotate the handle while pressing the
tool to cable’s direction until the cable
spins loosely in the stripping tool.

Be careful since the sharp
outer conductor and blade
may cause several bodily
injury! Always wear
protective gloves and don’t
insert the finger into the
tool.

If cable’s outer conductor is not cut off
at it’s corrugation ridge, cut the inner
conductor by pliers for a length ”a”
Distance between the end surface to
corrugation ridge. Then go back to
step 2.

If there’s dielectric on the
inner conductor, remove it
by knife.
Be careful NOT to hurt the
inner conductor.

Compare with the gauge on the tool
and check whether the stripping
dimension have been got properly.

Proper dimension and shape.

Use rasper to flattening the
end of center contact to assure
proper length and chamfering.

Insert cable’s inner conductor into
stripping tool’s lateral hole, then rotate
the tool to flare outer conductor.
Connector’s
back nut
Notice: This step should be
done after the operation that
slide the connector ‘s back nut
and clamp ring onto cable.
