1.) Order Rigid Lumbar belt based on patient<br />
waist circumference from the Sizing Chart below.<br />
2.) Select Posterior panel (with or without lateral<br />
supports) and the Anterior Panel (none, standard<br />
or pendulous) from the chart on the right below.<br />
3.) Bill the Medicare Billing Product Numbers<br />
for the configuration ordered as shown on pg 4.<br />
