As Easy as 1,2,31. Spray on Lubricant -- A bottle of ALPS lubricant is supplied with each liner. To apply, turn theFSL liner inside out and spray the interior surface (what was the exterior) 2-3 times until fully lubricated. Abottle will last approximately 3 months.2. Don the Liner -- Position the residual limb against the distal end of the liner and roll upward ontothe limb.3. Don the Prosthesis -- The prosthesis can be donned via wet fit or standard pull system. For wet,there should be sufficient ALPS lubricant on the exterior to don the prosthesis from step 1. If not, reapplyadditional lubricant. For standard pull, dry off the exterior surface of the liner or allow a few minutes forthe lubricant to evaporate and don the prosthesis with a pull-in system, similar to full suction systems.Regardless of method employed, the proximal end of the liner should be reflected over the proximal trimlines of the socket to secure a seal.To Remove-- Simply unscrew the one way valve on the distal end of the socket, roll the proximal linerfold off the trim lines, and pull out of the socket.Benefits and Features of FSL Liner:Custom Fit provided without the cost, time or inconvenience of fabricating a custom liner.
