Job Description and Responsibilities:<br />

As part of Salesforce <strong>Data</strong> & Analytics organization, you will be focused on customer data and<br />

working to transform data into reliable, relevant, actionable information that promotes revenue<br />

growth opportunities. You will participate in the improvement of customer data accuracy and<br />

de-duplication, conduct analysis to identify, validate and correct data issues, research the<br />

various makeup of company structures and translate that information into hierarchy roll-ups.<br />

You will collaborate across multiple functions and regions and will ensure productive outcomes<br />

through influencing, communication and facilitation skills.<br />

Principal Duties and Responsibilities<br />

Analyze large volumes of data and perform analysis requested. Analysis includes data quality,<br />

company structures, data enrichment and metrics reporting<br />

Drive optimization of underlying customer processes and use of customer data in Sales, CFL,<br />

Marketing, Finance and IT<br />

Facilitate organizational and process change management necessary to implement customer<br />

data management guidelines and best practices<br />

Interface with various functional groups, project teams and other stakeholders to effectively<br />

resolve issues and remove barriers to program success<br />

Required Skills<br />

Strong execution skills<br />

<strong>Data</strong> analysis skills, including close attention to details and the ability to identify data issues<br />

and patterns and make logical decisions based on various information found or provided


Ability to work with a cross-functional team towards a common goal<br />

Strong communication skills, including negotiation and persuasion skills ability to communicate<br />

to all levels in the organization, ability to explain complex concepts to an non-technical<br />

audience<br />

Experience working in a global business environment<br />

At least 7 years of professional experience in one or more functional areas such as Marketing,<br />

Sales, Operations, Service or IT<br />

MBA strongly preferred<br />
