CONSTRUCTION
Standard:
SRPS
N.C5.230
Nominal voltage U o/U: 0,6/1 kV
Test voltage: 3,5 kV
Conductor: Wire or rope, class 2, according to JUS N.C0.015, copper: type XP 41, or aluminium: type XP
41-A.
Insulation: XLPE compound
Core: Two or multi cores are stranded together.
Filling: Non hygroscopic, non vulcanized rubber compound layer over the core. Cables with sector-shaped
conductors (designated S in the table): wrapped thermoplastic tapes or non vulcanized rubber compound
layer
Armour: Wrapped two steel tapes.
Sheath: PVC compound
Sheath color black.
APPLICATION
For laying in earth, indoors, in ducts, in the open air in urban networks, industrial plants and electric power
plants, when mechanical damage could be expected often, due to rodents and hand tools. Lying on
sloping grounds is not allowed, nor cable hanging.
