<strong>School</strong> Calendar Survey<br />
The Board of Education is currently considering two different options for the 2013/14<br />
school calendar and is seeking parent input through an online survey. The first option is<br />
a Traditional Calendar. It keeps both February and April vacation as it has been and<br />
lets students out of school June 17th (assuming no snow days). The second option is<br />
the Progressive Calendar. It has a long weekend in February and a weeklong spring<br />
break starting March 31. This calendar lets students out by June 13 (assuming no snow<br />
days) and allows for more instructional time before the CMTs/CAPTs.<br />

It is possible the Board of Education will vote on the new calendar as early as next<br />
