Arriving in Cambridge
If this is your first year at Cambridge, one of your first visits will be to the
robe maker, the majority of Cambridge colleges require you to wear a robe
for matriculation & for various functions (such as formal hall) during the
year.
Pre-booking college robes
It is recommended that you pre-book your college robe well in advance of
your arrival in Cambridge. You can do this over the phone, by fax, through
our website or by email, then call & collect it on arrival in Cambridge.
