Form and measurements of the badges correspond to the internationally valid ISO 

7813. The client-specifi c cards are made of several plastic material layers (foils). 

Front- and backside can be individually printed, personalized and designed. To 

protect the printing from abrasion and scratches, it is covered by an overlay-foil and 

therefore completely protected under laminate. 

Design and printing 

MADA has its in-house print offi ce and therefore guarantees a fast and fl exible 

handling via digital-, offset-, or screen-printing. Our employees create 

layouts according to your requests or fi nish your provided printing data. 

Use your ID-card as an advertising medium and information tool at the 

same time. We gladly provide advice!

Personalization and encoding 

Personalization in the form of photographs, texts or numbering 

as individualization can be effected at any time. You can choose 

between buying your own printing system and using the personalization 

service of MADA. Of course all personal data and encoding 

information will be treated strictly confi dential. Optionally 

we can effect the personalization under laminate! 

TRW - thermo rewritable 

To make use of the advantages of RFIDcards 

several times, all cards can be covered 

with a TRW-foil. With a TRW-printer 

this card can be re-written up to 100 times. 

This is especially of avail in case of badges 

for visitors or students, as the expenses can 

be reduced clearly.

solutions for your badges. By the combination of all sorts of printing technologies, color combinations, 

different overlays and optical security characteristics, your cards will be forgery-proof and 

safe against misuse and manipulation - your contact person from MADA will be happy to provide advice. 

Guilloches are fi ne, complex and especially 

unique designs with devoured, 

uninterrupted, geometrical alignments. 

The lines and fi neness make a re-setting 

as well as a re-production very diffi 

cult. By using an IRIS-printing method, 

the protection against forgery will be even 

higher. Guilloches are not reproducible via 

Thermo-transfer system.

Holograms 

Holograms are traditionally the most common type of optical variable 

characteristics and are stamped on the badge via hot-stamp 

method. There is a huge diversity of holograms: 2D-holograms 

with changes of color and texture, 3D-holograms with pictures or 

client-specifi c holograms with variable outline contours. 

UV print 

By irradiation of the badge with a light 

of special wavelengths (e.g. ultraviolet 

light, black light), logos or design 

characteristics which are not cognizable 

under usual light, get visible. UV print is not 

reproducible.

a laser inscription or engraving can be effected. 

The key-fob is waterproof and is eminently suited for bathing- 

and leisure facilities. Its opening is impossible.

Construction Technical data 

ceVo stands for “classic revolution” and describes the further development 

of the established key transponder “classic”. There 

are two types of the key-fob ceVo. It has a massive frame of 

polished stainless steel, which fi ts shapely to the transponder 

outline. 

The “classic revolution” impresses besides its ultrasonic welding 

and water tightness also by its metal detectability and can therefore 

be used without any problems in sensitive areas, such as 

food industries.

The body is made of high-quality and robust Novodur synthetic material and corresponds to the quality standards 

of the watchstrap transponder comfort. Shock- and break strength and ultrasonic welding guarantee 

a long durability as well as an absolute water tightness and protection against forgery. Especially in case of 

CASH-applications, this ensures a higher security level against manipulation for the operator but also for the 

user of a leisure facility. The watchstrap transponder classic is eminently suitable for the application in saunas, 

salt-water and swimming baths. 

The transponder is optionally delivered with a high-quality 

nylon bracelet. The braided nylon as well as the width of 

16mm guarantee a comfortable wearing. The metal 

lock is chromed and welded. The bracelet is 

available in the length of 285mm and 255mm.

Watchstrap transponder comfort –

Construction 

The body part is made of high-quality and robust Novodur synthetic material, which distinguishes 

by its shock- and break-strength. The lid part is ultrasonic-welded with the 

body and therefore guarantees complete water tightness and protection against forgery. 

The compound between body and bracelet is a stainless steel spring bar, which refl ects the 

adaptivity y of the watchstrap watch transponder. 

The shapely, conically 

produced watchstrap constitutes an optical unit with the body part 

and fi ts perfectly to the 

ergonomic conditions of the wrist. Thus, the complete composition of the

RFID-Coins – ideal for dispensing automates and cash functions 

Construction 

Coins from MADA differentiate from the common products on the 

market when it comes to robustness thanks to the special manufacturing 

process. The coins are laminated homogeneously with 

various layers. Air inclusions do not exist. Breakup or spalling is 

not possible. They were developed especially for the extremely 

mechanical condition by hoppers in dispensing automates. The 

unique manufacturing process enables a production of a wide 

area of diameter and thickness without one-time tool costs. 

As standard, the RFID-Coins have a grained surface structure 

(leather structure). This guarantees a problem-free utilization 

even in wet environments such as saunas, fi tness 

centers and swimming baths.

RFID-adhesive tags 

By its self-adhesive backside, the RFID adhesive tag is multifunctional applicable. 

The transponder will not be embedded into the medium anymore 

but will be affi xed. It can be removed at anytime and be replaced 

if necessary. This procedure saves time and expenses. The 

RFID adhesive tag can be fi xed on almost any surface and 

is available in various sizes and with different technology 

types.

For own developments or existing mounting forms we offer our 

inlets in all common RFID-chips. These ones are welded waterproof

adapted antennas, which result - in case of combination - in the

specifi ed resonance frequency. Consequently, a perfect utilization 

of the RFID combination media will be achieved. 

Details 

In spite of the excellent adjustment and reading distance of the 

multiband-media, we recommend a verifi cation of the functionality 

at all existing readers before operation. We gladly provide the 

corresponding combination media. 

Combination 

Inductive, magnetic, barcode 

The contactless reading principles obtain a great acceptance 

and offer huge advantages compared to the used solutions 

up to now, such as magnetic stripe, barcode or inductive. Because 

of economical reasons it could make sense not yet to replace 

an approved and existing system, e.g. time control with 

magnetic cards, in case of launching a new access control 

system with contactless badges. To facilitate the changeover 

to contactless systems we offer the combination card. Due to 

the different technical and physical conditions of the individual 

ID-media, a combination is not always possible or reasonable.

Combination RFID-systems 

Besides the combination of common identifi cation systems, also 

different contactless systems can be combined. Because of the 

different frequencies the combination of a high-frequency (13,56 

MHz) with a low-frequency (125 KHz) system is possible without 

any problems. This can be realized in form of an ID-card or a 

key-fob resp. watchstrap transponder. Due to the multitude of 

different combination possibilities, please contact us directly if

The chip module, the data carrier of the contact chip card

can be read or written by the contact surface. Functions

Besides the storage for the operating system, the embedded 

chip in processor chip cards has also a CPU and 

an EE-PROM for the data encoding. The chip operating 

system controls and divides these resources in terms 

of data transfer, -processing and storage management.
