Sutherland Global Services acquires Adventity
Acquisition to extend Sutherland’s service capabilities and increase the company’s marquee client
base
Targets emerging BPO markets in Asia, Africa and the Middle East
Rochester, NY – May 12, 2010 ‐‐ Sutherland Global Services, a leading provider of Business Process
Outsourcing (BPO) and Technology Enabled services, today announced the 100% acquisition of
Adventity Global Services in an all‐cash deal.
Adventity, with over 2,500 employees and operations in New York & Houston in the United States,
Mumbai & Chennai in India and Dubai in the U.A.E., is a premier provider of business & financial
research and analytical services. They focus on providing platform‐based BPO services to Banks and
Financial Services companies and the Airline & Travel Industry.

infrastructure and would have full access to Sutherland’s suite of services. Sutherland in turn will
utilize Adventity’s capabilities and domain expertise to secure a leadership position in
complementary verticals in the vital emerging markets of Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
